Every holiday in Hyères, we happily return to eat at La Caravelle. The welcome is always so warm, and the food is as beautiful as it is delicious. For us, it's the best restaurant in the port, without a doubt. We will gladly return next year.

My second time at this restaurant with its pleasant decor. The service was friendly and the food was high quality! The service was a little slow, probably due to staff shortages. I'll definitely go back...

We had dinner at La Caravelle and we weren't disappointed. Warm welcome. Generous and delicious dishes. Perhaps there was a slight wait between courses, but otherwise it was perfect. Thank you, see you soon!

Charming staff make all the difference, and on top of that, the food is delicious and plentiful! I recommend the grilled sea bass Provençal style and the excellent tuna tartare. We were treated like royalty at a late hour, out of season, and without rushing us at the end of his shift, our waiter was incredibly attentive throughout. A big thank you!

20/09/2026: We stumbled into this restaurant on market day and left delighted! The welcome and service were pleasant and attentive, with truly homemade cuisine featuring excellent local produce. The daily special and dessert were more than on par with other menus elsewhere! It was beautiful and delicious! We plan to return, and the view is a definite bonus.
