We live in Hyères and I love this restaurant. I go back there often, especially for the mussels. (Unfortunately this year they weren't great everywhere. If you go there take the “Bouchot”, they are better). Quality/Price: it is reasonable if we consider the rents and charges which have exploded.
What I like most:
When I go to a restaurant I always question the staff on the sly. “Are you paid correctly, are you paid for all your hours worked?” I also want to know what happens with the tips.
If I can talk to the boss I do it too. I ask him how things are going with employees, if he has difficulty recruiting or retaining them. I look to see if there are still new faces and the expressions on those faces. I look at how the team is organized.
The response to my questions here is very satisfied with everything.
At least with them, I know that I am not eating off the backs of the staff. For me that means a lot! The boss pays his employees, his speech towards them is very respectful.
We can see that he is very hardworking and knows his job well.
He jokes nicely with his employees and we felt that there is camaraderie and trust between them.
His team is hardworking, organized and smiling. We feel like they are a team.
In such an atmosphere we feel good and we know that we will be well received.
We have empathy when it’s the (tourist) “season” because we know how difficult it is.
Apart from the very good yum-yum, I always go back there for this reason: the food is very good and I digest better.

Excellent restaurant. Quality ingredients. Varied menu, quality organic wines. We fell in love with the Domaine des Peirecedes pink. A varied evening menu at €29 that does not disappoint the taste buds. I really recommend it, we ate twice. A great experience for our vacation

Dinner on a Sunday evening on the port of Hyères, difficult
Although overloaded and supposedly waiting, we had a decent dinner.
Value for money, nothing to say.

Nous venons dans ce restaurant depuis des années tous les étés.
C’est le Meilleur restaurant dans le secteur pour manger des fruits de mer, un régal. Penser à réserver en avance en plein été. Je recommande les yeux fermés
