A pure moment of pleasure at La Carpe! We had a wonderful evening at La Carpe restaurant in Souffelweyersheim. From the moment we arrived, we received a warm and professional welcome in a friendly and typically Alsatian atmosphere. The setting is lovely, with a beautiful covered terrace where you can enjoy your meal in a relaxed atmosphere. To start, I enjoyed the "Salade du Soleil" (Sun Salad), a real treat: fresh, generous, and perfectly seasoned, with ingredients that seemed to come straight from the local market. For dessert, I chose the churros, served still warm and crispy, accompanied by a smooth coulis. A delight that perfectly ended the meal, in keeping with the restaurant's tradition of indulgent desserts. Top-notch service, generous and flavorful dishes—everything is there for a wonderful time. I wholeheartedly recommend this must-visit restaurant to all lovers of good food and conviviality.
