La Cascade sur Mouthier-Haute-Pierre

We had lunch in the dining room on a Saturday lunchtime. The panoramic view is magnificent. The cuisine is excellent, plentiful and the dishes very well prepared. The room is not noisy. The service is efficient and respectful of the customer. We had a pleasant time and recommend this place.

Déjà la vue très très belle. Accueil souriant et il était déjà 13h30, on m a dit ok. 😁. Truite vin jaune avec légumes excellente et chaude👍👌. En dessert abricot trompe l oeil, une découverte 👍😋. Service agréable, et souriant par 2 monsieur. Une bonne adresse a garder .

Disappointed... We stayed at the hotel and dined at the restaurant... The room €90 To start with our room we had to go behind the counter to get the key. When we arrived in the room it smelled like cigarettes... it's terrible... We spoke to the staff who took note. The bathroom is in its original state, however the bedding is great, but we had stained sheets. As for the catering if you decide to eat there, be aware that the prices are rather high but we ate very well. And for the same departure, no staff to collect our key since they ask us to pay on the day of our arrival, so you manage to put the keys back on the display yourself... The surrounding landscape is lovely.

Good food but expensive for what it is (100 euros for two)

A short week's vacation at the top with half board. The family room was very pleasant with a large shower and 2 separate bedrooms, good bedding and good quality bathroom linen. Breakfast is complete with regional products, good cold meats, cheese, pastries, bread.... At dinner: starter, main course and dessert where we ate varied and it was delicious. Sometimes a bit of a wait when there are people but it was the holidays for us so no worries. Many hikes to do from the hotel and a good location to discover the region. Thank you for the welcome and friendliness of the staff

Very good food mixing regional tradition and less typical dishes; special mention to the frozen Vacherins. The room offers a beautiful view of the Loue valley.

Salle très agréable avec une belle vue. Accueil et service sympathique (nous étions avec notre chienne, ce qui n'a posé aucun problème). Très bonne cuisine avec des plats originaux. Tarif correct compte tenu de ce qui précède.
