I'm updating my review from two years ago after our fantastic evening last night! The Friday night parties are simply amazing, the team is top-notch and incredibly attentive! (March 2026)
The all-you-can-eat fire pit is fantastic! We ate incredibly well and the setting is simply stunning... we'll definitely be back!

What a pleasure to return to this restaurant where the food is good and the atmosphere is truly warm and welcoming! A special mention goes to the staff, who are both attentive and friendly despite the crowds. Highly recommended!

Good restaurant, generous portions, very expensive wine and cocktails, no carafe wine, or wine by the glass at €7, which is a bit pricey for the quantity!
One small drawback: the employees' informal address to customers bothered me a lot.
View of the waterfall, yes, but you have to come on the right day because today, March 8, 2026, there was just a trickle of water.

A fantastic time at Bistrot de la Cascade in Glandieu!
The food is truly excellent; the dishes are delicious and prepared with care. Thierry, the owner, is very welcoming, and the whole team is incredibly attentive—it's a real pleasure.
The setting with the waterfall is magnificent and makes the place even more enjoyable. The recent improvements are also noticeable: the dining room has been enlarged, and the restrooms have been renovated—it's really great.
A wonderful place we'll definitely be back!
