Excellent meal and efficient service!
Despite the crowds, the welcome was very friendly. We had requested a one-hour meal to arrive on time for a 2 pm wedding, and the staff were perfectly accommodating.
The traditional dishes were delicious and generously portioned: the calf's head with ravigote sauce and the lamb shank, accompanied by truffle mashed potatoes, were a real treat. The homemade desserts were the perfect ending to the meal. A great spot overlooking the Glandieu Waterfall to remember for its delicious cuisine and attentive service!

The risotto was good, it's a shame it was in tomato sauce. The burger was good too, and the appetizers to share were excellent.

This great restaurant is located right across from the Glandieu Waterfall.
We had a wonderful meal (eggs meurette, fish and chips, and a fat cookie for me) and the staff were very friendly.
Thank you to them for a very pleasant experience in every way 😊👍

We stopped to admire the waterfall, and at its base, the bistro was waiting, its ambiance and daily menu beckoning us. The welcome was pleasant, and the cuisine simple yet excellent.

We had a wonderful evening. Thierry, the owner, is very welcoming, as are the waitresses and waiters. Our dishes were delicious (sauerkraut and calf's head). We will definitely return and highly recommend this lovely establishment. Hélène & Sébastien
