We attended the Corsican music evening with a set menu at Araggio. The terraced garden is enchanting, and we sat very comfortably under the atmospherically lit trees. We have rarely experienced such attentive, friendly, well-coordinated, welcoming, and relaxed service! A huge compliment! It seemed that many Corsicans were also present that evening, and they knew the songs well. This added to the harmonious atmosphere. The music was captivating but not intrusive. The cuisine is solid Corsican home cooking. In very hot weather, most dishes might be a little too rich. However, the ingredients are clearly of good quality. The desserts are highly recommended. For us, it was a very enjoyable evening with good food and lovely musical accompaniment. You could sense the young staff's desire to present the best of Corsica, off the beaten tourist track. We felt personally welcomed and completely cared for. Thank you so much for that. This is a rarity, especially at this price point.

The place is reached by a pleasant drive along quiet roads surrounded by greenery. A very welcoming location, we dined on a veranda surrounded by plants, offering an atmosphere of absolute tranquility given its location in the heart of the hillside. We were offered samples of typical local cured meats and cheeses, as well as a trio of their specialties, including wild boar with polenta, lasagna, and eggplant prepared similar to parmigiana. Everything was delicious. The staff were kind and helpful in choosing our dishes, explaining everything to us in Italian. Highly recommended!
