A wonderful holiday at the Le Moulin des Gypses gîte, nestled among vineyards and olive groves at the foot of Mont Ventoux. Our hosts, Yves and José, gave us a superb welcome to their property. We enjoyed some truly wonderful moments sharing tastings and explanations of their highly rated wines, as well as their excellent olive oil… they are clearly passionate about what they do! The very pleasant gîte is charming, spotlessly clean, and very well-equipped, with a large swimming pool in a verdant setting. We made some lovely acquaintances during our stay… thank you all! Thank you, Yves and José, for your hospitality… Don't change a thing! Sophie and Thierry.

Le Moulin des Gypses is a place you'll find hard to leave. This historic setting exudes a peaceful and exotic atmosphere. José gave us a very warm welcome and even anticipated our needs. The wines he and Yves produce are of excellent quality at very reasonable prices. The accommodations are very spacious and spotless. The swimming pool is very large with plenty of sun loungers. It's ideally located for sightseeing.

We received a very warm welcome and were extremely attentive throughout. They introduced us to local products and produce excellent organic wine and olive oil. They also provided great advice on all the places to visit.

09/09/2026: After the incident, we came for lunch. We received a very warm welcome; we had a reservation, and our table was ready. The place is pleasant, with a shaded terrace and tables that aren't too close together. The waiter was very friendly, and the food was decent.
06/09/2026: We had a lovely time in a peaceful setting. I highly recommend the calamari with creamy polenta – a delight.

09/08/2024: Bon rapport qualité prix. La formule du midi à 19 euros vaut le détour. Nous y sommes allés à deux reprises lors de notre passage en Provence et nous avons toujours apprécié. Sympa, rapide, terrasse (ou airco à l intérieur). Bref une formule lunch fort sympathique
03/08/2024: Grande terrasse. Personnel accueillant. Que ça fait du bien de manger en terrasse. Le bruit des quelques voitures ne prend pas le dessus sur les cigales. Pizza succulentes avec de la tomate fraîche et une pâte excellente. Un tataki de bœuf délicieux à la cuisson parfaite. Un bon rosé au pichet. Prix démocratiques. Si vous passez par là, vous pouvez y faire une escale.
