I had two booking problems at this establishment (one was my mistake and the other a problem with the SNCF train network), and their team was very responsive and found solutions. Ultimately, I couldn't come due to the train issues, and my reservation was canceled free of charge. I spoke with caring, respectful, and responsive people on the phone, not just by text message. I will definitely stay at this establishment again on my next visit to Champagne.

I'm leaving another review because I returned on March 7, 2026, four years later, and nothing has changed. We were well received, the service was quick, and the portions were generous, just the way we liked them. See you next time, for sure.

16/02/2026: I wasn't familiar with this pastry shop, not being from Épernay. It was a magnificent taste experience, surely the best pastry shop in the Champagne-Ardenne region (having traveled extensively). We had eight different cakes; we embarked on eight culinary journeys of excellence. Bravo to the team!
15/02/2026: A raspberry and pistachio heart-shaped dessert for Valentine's Day, perfect for sharing. What can I say? A feast for the eyes and the taste buds! Highly recommended.
