The foie gras was very good, and the little brioche was excellent. Other restaurants don't even offer a second place setting, so you have to ask and they bring you a fork and a knife, but the plate shouldn't be too decorated... The bread basket was immediately refilled, no need to ask. For dessert, nothing is missing: spoon, fork, knife. Well done. Yes, it's very important; it has to be as good as at home. I give it 10/10. We had the kidneys, which were good. Dessert: profiteroles. You can have one, two, or three, it's up to you. I really have no negative comments. See you soon.

05/12/2025: A wonderful discovery at L’Œil de Bœuf. The meats are expertly prepared, the portions generous, and the atmosphere warm and inviting. The service is pleasant, even if occasionally a little slow. A reliable restaurant in Épernay that I wholeheartedly recommend.
