We had dinner there as a party of five and received a very warm welcome. Despite the crowd, the service was quick. The servers were very kind, friendly, and efficient, and the food was delicious. The only slight drawback was that the three-cheese crepe tasted mainly of Camembert. Perhaps the recipe could be rebalanced so that the flavors of the different cheeses come through more clearly.

We had reserved a table for 5 people. It was our first time. Well, we were pleasantly surprised! The service was excellent, everyone was well-coordinated, and they were very friendly and smiling. The set menu prices were reasonable; we had a main course and dessert, the mussels were excellent, and their rice pudding was superb. In short, we had a great evening. We will gladly return. We loved the terrace and the service. With a small one, any kindness and gesture is welcome and personnel here has been impeccable. No reservation was needed (we came early in the evening) and the view is really nice. Dishes are perfectly presented and food is in abundant portions. Prices are totally fair.

If I could have given it 6 stars, I would have without hesitation. The service was impeccable, the shrimp incredible, and the flank steak and dessert excellent! I will definitely be back!! I heard that restaurants are struggling with low customer numbers this summer, so go give them a boost! When something is good, you have to say so!

A good option in Fécamp, to avoid the infamous seafront restaurants, tourist traps, all run by the same owner. La Cave du Salut offers quality traditional cuisine and a friendly welcome. Mussels and fresh fries, generous portions. I'm lowering my rating after a second, somewhat disappointing experience. The skate wing was frozen, which was a shame... I opted for andouillette sausage and tagliatelle (a bit dry). The major drawback was the commentary of the World Cup final, blaring from the speakers right above our table, instead of background music. Sorry, but you don't go to a restaurant to put up with that, or at least you should warn them beforehand!

During our weekend trip to Fécamp, we had lunch at this restaurant and we weren't disappointed. We received a warm welcome, and the service was excellent, even with the mini-waiter! 😅 The restaurant was clean, and the value for money was fantastic. We highly recommend it!

Chez Nounoute

05/07/2026: We had a lovely time at Nounoute. If you're coming for seafood, you'll be delighted: the products are high-quality and you can tell they're carefully selected. The mussels à la cauchoise were particularly delicious, with an original and very flavorful recipe. The desserts were excellent too. Next to us, a table had ordered the seafood sauerkraut, which also looked excellent and very generous. However, one of us chose a turkey escalope. This was definitely the dish that impressed us the least: the quality of the meat didn't seem to live up to the rest of the menu, especially considering the price, which we found high. Regarding the prices, we also overheard a neighboring table remark that the mussels were quite expensive. It's true that the prices are geared towards a "holiday" feel, but when you're enjoying good seafood, it's understandable. Finally, the atmosphere is warm and welcoming. The owner regularly checks in on customers, and her strong personality adds to the charm and authenticity of the place. A good spot for seafood lovers, though a few dishes could be more in line with the rest of the menu.
23/06/2026: A pleasant time spent with a manager who fully contributes to the atmosphere of the place. Fresh fish, fresh mussels, a very good experience. Remember to book.

09/06/2026: Very typical Parisian restaurant/bar/cafe vibe. The waiter that served us was very sweet and friendly, offering suggestions and chatting. The food was good and the decor inside the restaurant is cute.
