22/05/2026: We decided to stop at this restaurant in the early evening and received a very warm welcome. The waiter was excellent, nothing to complain about. The menu included a starter, main course, and dessert, all beautifully presented and reasonably priced.
We will definitely return and highly recommend it. Keep up the good work!

25/05/2026: We particularly enjoyed the large panoramic dining room, bathed in light, especially in the early evening. The starters were delicious and beautifully presented (the Norman trout gravlax and the squid salad with parsley). We also really liked the sea bream fillet and the scorpionfish fillet, served with our chosen side dishes (vegetables, grilled artichokes). The revisited crème brûlée was very light. The strawberry version was noticeably sweeter.
17/05/2026: A bit pricey for the food offered, and it's a shame there's no meal deal and game ticket included.

21/05/2026: Excellent. The prices are very competitive compared to other establishments in the city. The service staff is very friendly and professional, even with a constant influx of customers. They also manage the crowd very effectively by offering seating for those waiting. I highly recommend it.
19/05/2026: The welcome and service were very pleasant. The menu system with a tablet and translations into different languages is ideal for foreign tourists. The meal was delicious: American-style galette and mussels with Roquefort cheese, served with a chocolate fondant with crème anglaise and a speculoos tiramisu with salted caramel.
I highly recommend it!

30/05/2026: Beautiful restaurant with great food. Only problem we had as tourists is that nothing had anything in English which made ordering abit hard but the awesome waiter helped and great food and drinks was served.
23/05/2026: I recommend it for the food, which is very good, but unfortunately not for the wait... 2.5 hours for two people was far too long. And the restaurant was far from full.

23/04/2026: We went for lunch at La Plaisance restaurant, having checked prices and reviews on this site beforehand. I expected, as indicated, to find a €25 set menu for weekdays and lunchtimes, but to my dismay, this menu doesn't exist. The cheapest option is €37. I won't comment on the quality of the food or the service, which were adequate. If you plan to eat at this restaurant, as with many others, don't rely on the information found on this site; it's often outdated or even incorrect.

You can taste their expertise and passion for doing things well. An excellent place for top-notch takeaway pizzas. A huge congratulations to you both. A fantastic place, I recommend it 150%!

17/04/2026: Dear Sir/Madam,
I am writing to you regarding a very disappointing experience at your restaurant in Fécamp.
During our visit, we waited an exceptionally long time for our order. To our great disappointment, it was served cold: the hamburgers and fries were lukewarm, despite a total bill of €62.95.
When I pointed this out to the cashier, her response was, to say the least, surprising, stating that "it's the same everywhere." The manager, whom we then contacted, simply replied that they were "as they went along," without offering any apology or proposing a solution. This lack of consideration for the customer is unacceptable.
It is important to note that this situation has already occurred at this same establishment, which makes the experience even more frustrating. This type of service severely damages your brand's image and prevents us from enjoying a pleasant family meal. I therefore request that you take this complaint into account, improve the quality of service at this restaurant, and inform me of the measures you intend to implement.
