But what really makes the difference here is the service. The staff is incredibly friendly, smiling, and attentive. You can immediately tell that customer service and satisfaction are truly important to them. An address I wholeheartedly recommend and where I will gladly return!

06/03/2026: A truly wonderful discovery! From the moment you step inside, you're captivated by the restaurant's ambiance and decor, which is truly tasteful. It's the first time I've seen tables where you can comfortably settle onto sofas: it's very original and particularly pleasant. The service is impeccable: the servers, all very polite, courteous, and smiling, contribute to making the experience even more enjoyable. The background music is also excellent and helps create a warm atmosphere. As for the food, the Bufala pizza is simply divine! Without a doubt, the best pizza I've ever eaten. The drizzle of olive oil enhances the mozzarella, which is truly reminiscent of the kind you find in Italy, and the sun-dried tomatoes add a delicious touch. To finish on a sweet note, the raspberry-speculoos tiramisu is also exceptional. Special mention should also go to the restrooms, which were spotlessly clean. It's a place I recommend without hesitation: perfect for a business lunch, a romantic moment, or a family meal.

17/04/2026: Dear Sir/Madam, I am writing to you regarding a very disappointing experience at your restaurant in Fécamp. During our visit, we waited an exceptionally long time for our order. To our great disappointment, it was served cold: the hamburgers and fries were lukewarm, despite a total bill of €62.95. When I pointed this out to the cashier, her response was, to say the least, surprising, stating that "it's the same everywhere." The manager, whom we then contacted, simply replied that they were "as they went along," without offering any apology or proposing a solution. This lack of consideration for the customer is unacceptable. It is important to note that this situation has already occurred at this same establishment, which makes the experience even more frustrating. This type of service severely damages your brand's image and prevents us from enjoying a pleasant family meal. I therefore request that you take this complaint into account, improve the quality of service at this restaurant, and inform me of the measures you intend to implement. I look forward to your reply. 23/04/2026: We went for lunch at La Plaisance restaurant, having checked prices and reviews on this site beforehand. I expected, as indicated, to find a €25 set menu for weekdays and lunchtimes, but to my dismay, this menu doesn't exist. The cheapest option is €37. I won't comment on the quality of the food or the service, which were adequate. If you plan to eat at this restaurant, as with many others, don't rely on the information found on this site; it's often outdated or even incorrect.
