We had a perfect time from beginning to end. The intimate atmosphere of the dining room was enhanced by the welcoming staff who made us feel completely at ease. The experience at this Michelin-starred restaurant was truly exceptional. From the first moment, the space impresses with its elegance and careful aesthetics; a minimal but warm environment, where every detail – from the lighting to the placement of the dishes – highlights the respect for haute gastronomy. As for the menu, each dish is a small revelation. The flavors are balanced, with creativity and finesse, while the use of fine ingredients is highlighted through technique and presentation. From the amuse-bouche to the dessert, everything is served with impeccable aesthetics, almost like works of art, without ever losing the essence: the purity and intensity of the flavor. The service is discreet but impeccable, with staff who know the dishes and the recommended wine choices in depth, making the experience even more complete. A dinner that goes beyond the level of a simple meal and turns into a journey of flavors, senses and culture worthy of the Michelin distinction that the restaurant carries. I would like to add that Dimitris was truly the difference in the restaurant.. he makes you feel so comfortable as if you were in Greece.. an amazing person, he gives an extra touch to the place with his presence and his service!! Such a beautiful birthday dinner. Enjoyed a 5 course (2 starters, 1 seafood, 1 meat, 2 desserts) and unlimited fragrant olive oil and breads. Staff were kind and professional and speaks english. Loved the presentation and every bite. The atmosphere is clean and comfortable. The elements of Greek beautiful was perfect in the everything.
