Our experience at this restaurant for Valentine's Day was very mixed…the food was delicious, no complaints there, but the service was incredibly slow (there must have been a problem somewhere, I think, because we hadn't seen any similar reviews). We rarely eat out, and frankly, we were disappointed with the price we paid for the service (€78 per person). They forgot our aperitif, the wait was incredibly long…the servers seemed lost…we didn't even know what course we were on and were asked (except for one person who did her best, I think, thank you to her).

Always a warm and professional welcome. From the set menu to the à la carte options, and from the appetizers to the desserts: everything is delicious! A real treat! I recommend this place without reservation.

Excellent restaurant in the heart of the Montauban racecourse. The dishes are homemade and of high quality. The staff is lovely.
The restaurant has a peaceful terrace overlooking the racecourse. Ideal in spring and summer.

An exceptional gastronomic experience! Refined dishes, perfectly balanced flavors, and impeccable presentation. The staff is incredibly kind and professional, and the atmosphere is both elegant and welcoming. I highly recommend this must-visit restaurant!

In my opinion, it's the best restaurant in the department. Dishes worthy of a Michelin-starred chef. A feast for the eyes and the palate. It's always a great pleasure to dine there.

Excellent cuisine, some superb natural wines. This new location (it used to be in the center of Montauban) gives it more space and visibility, and I highly recommend it. The menu changes monthly with only three starters and three main courses, all very good.
The foie gras was a real treat, but the pork ribs were "fabulous"—our friends thoroughly enjoyed them, and they know and appreciate excellent cuisine.
Thank you. December 2025, still excellent and refined.
