We really like Edgar. It's a very rare decent restaurant in Montauban that accepts holiday vouchers for lunch and dinner. The atmosphere is very pleasant and friendly. The portions are generous. The downsides: the temperature (a central heating system isn't air conditioning), still too high compared to the outside temperature, the lack of innovation (following beer trends, for example, or offering seasonal specials), and the high prices on some dishes and drinks. We'll be back, but we sometimes find it a bit predictable.

A truly wonderful place with charming staff and excellent food 🤩
Generous and delicious dishes, yet very refined. Amazing! 👏🏼 I'll focus on improving the terrace next time, making the layout and furniture a little less cheap. Otherwise, perfect 👍🏼
