We've known La Caverne for several years, but lunch today was exceptional in both quality and creativity. The chef's welcome was, as always, warm and friendly, and he was happy to share his cuisine. The service was impeccable, attentive, and efficient. The quality-to-price ratio was exceptional. A truly rare find that I highly recommend.

We hadn't booked and the restaurant was full, but the chef kindly found us a table—a truly appreciated gesture! The meal was perfect from start to finish: beautifully presented, flavorful, and generous portions. The meat was tender, the morel sauce exquisite, the fish melt-in-your-mouth delicious, and the side dishes delightful. And what can I say about the flambéed dessert—both spectacular and indulgent! For 13 years, we've been dining together as a family of four on the back banquette! A Saturday evening after the Casino and a relaxing afternoon at the spa. A traditional family meal that we look forward to with joy and unwavering loyalty. 13 years of happiness. Fred's sauces and jus are unbeatable. The traditional volcano... The starters, main courses, and desserts of every menu we choose, the wines, and the service are consistently excellent. A restaurant with a level of refined cuisine that has become so rare in the industry. And prices that have always remained reasonable. We never tire of the crème brûlée with foie gras, the beef steak with morels and the Volcan for dessert, the moment is always divine........What was I saying......ah yes, don't change anything

An all-around fantastic experience! The restaurant impresses with authentic French cuisine of the highest caliber – every dish was a delight, lovingly prepared, and simply delicious. The wine selection is also first-class and perfectly matched. The service was attentive, warm, and professional. We were absolutely thrilled and wholeheartedly give it full marks.
