From the very beginning, the tone was set: we were greeted by the chef and immediately felt his passion for his craft, his warm hospitality, and his desire to please! And he succeeded! The food was refined, inventive, and... delicious! The attentive service guided us throughout the meal with expert advice on our choices of dishes and wine. We went from one discovery to another, culminating in an explosive dessert (the frozen meringue volcano—yum!). An evening with friends that we'll remember (photo with chef's hat to prove it!). What a wonderful sense of sharing! Thank you to the entire team!

This was our third visit to this restaurant, after previous visits in 2019 and 2021, and the quality remains consistently high. This time, we came with our 4-year-old son. We received a very warm welcome from the chef upon arrival, the service was impeccable throughout the meal, and the atmosphere was as pleasant as ever. We chose the tasting menu, and everything was truly excellent from start to finish, with refined, generous, and perfectly executed homemade cuisine. The children were also very pleasantly surprised: there isn't a traditional children's menu, but the chef is happy to adapt certain dishes from the regular menu. Our son thus enjoyed a truly high-quality meal tailored just for him, which is quite rare and worth mentioning. There's a real sense of consistency in quality over the years, both in the food and the service. We continue to recommend this restaurant without hesitation. Remember to book in advance, as tables fill up quickly.

If you want to be sure of quality that matches the (reasonable) price paid…then don't miss this place where the chef truly deserves Michelin stars! It's simply the best restaurant in Gréoux-les-Bains…and perhaps even in the entire region! For the restaurant and the thermal baths…make a detour to Gréoux-les-Bains…for a calm and relaxing break, but also full of the charm of the Alpes de Haute Provence!

A wonderful discovery! I had spotted this restaurant before our stay. Everything was impeccable: the service, the ingredients, and the chef's cuisine—he's very friendly. A truly excellent establishment that I highly recommend if you're passing through Gréoux-les-Bains. I advise making a reservation, especially on weekends.
