Passing through Gréoux, we had dinner at La Caverne. What a wonderful discovery! The chef delighted us with both his cuisine and his good humor. The ingredients are of high quality, combined with taste and care. A truly excellent experience and outstanding value for money. Thank you!

Thank you to the chef and the lovely waitresses. We had a wonderful meal. The foie gras cream was delicious. Everything was excellent, from the aperitif to the dessert. The waitress was attentive and helpful. We go there every year during our spa treatment and are never disappointed. Thank you again to the whole team for sharing the foie gras cream recipe with us.

I highly recommend this restaurant; it's my favorite in Gréoux-les-Bains. We were greeted and seated by the chef himself (wearing a toque). The meal was bursting with flavor, everything was homemade—bravo! Excellent value for money. We're going back next week, and the chef can count on us again next year 😉. This establishment truly deserves all its Michelin stars displayed at the entrance, many of which are from this year.

13/07/2026: On the main street, we were drawn in by a discreet, elegant, and promising entrance… the establishment lived up to expectations… from the moment we arrived, we were a little early, without a reservation, yet it was as if we were expected… the menu was interesting, the dishes generous and delicious, and there was always thoughtful attention throughout the meal… bread, water… wine perfectly complementing the food… The place, a former forge, is very welcoming, reflecting the kindness of all the staff… I emphasize this because, unfortunately, it's quite rare, even in high-end establishments… We award it our personal stars… We look forward to returning before the end of our stay.
