Passing through Orléans, we stopped at the Chancellerie restaurant (in the evening). What a pleasant surprise! Everything was perfect for us. The meal, the impeccable service, and the crisp white tablecloths... I highly recommend it. (The crêpe Suzette is a fantastic dessert. Don't hesitate!)

I've been here several times, and to be honest, the service is more complicated in the summer due to the flow of people. But the food is delicious most of the time, and the service is decent and friendly. Since we're not machines, it lasts for days and days. So there may be days when the staff aren't so great, so just have a little empathy and everything becomes more pleasant. Thank you 🙏🏻

Having lived in Orléans for 17 years, I've always known this restaurant without ever having been there. After 24 years away from my hometown, back for a few days, I wanted to finally step through the door. I didn't want to rely on reviews. And we did well. The waiters, while not necessarily friendly, were very professional and knowledgeable about their products (the pink one they recommended to me with the Jargeau andouille sausage was the perfect pairing). Very good, high-quality products, cooked to perfection. Nothing to complain about except that we'll be back on our next vacation in the city.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ A consistently impeccable welcome, attentive service, and divine cuisine! The sole and shrimp were absolutely wonderful. We come here regularly, several times a month, and it's always flawless. A place to recommend without hesitation!

26/01/2026: Nice establishment, perhaps a bit pricey considering the limited service (no waiter to take and bring your order). The waiters, while friendly, only clear tables. During a health crisis, the constant flow of people in and out of the establishment might not be ideal. Nevertheless, a good selection of beers and classic cocktails. A pleasant experience. The concept has changed since the beginning, and the prices are now more reasonable. Good table service. Perhaps if the music were quieter, it would allow the waiters to take orders more easily and customers to converse without shouting. But otherwise, a nice establishment that we enjoy visiting. The beer selection is good, with something for everyone, as are the cocktails.

27/01/2026: We've been coming here for several years; the place is very pleasant and peaceful. The rooms are very comfortable, and the meals are varied and delicious. The staff is very attentive. I highly recommend it.
