A truly wonderful experience at La Chancellerie.
We started with a wonderfully fresh salmon tartare, perfectly seasoned, and a generous and flavorful warm goat cheese salad. Simple starters, but very well executed.
For our main courses, the rigatoni with shrimp was rich in flavor, well-balanced, and cooked to perfection, while the sole meunière was simply excellent: delicate fish, precise cooking, and perfectly balanced butter. You can taste the quality of the ingredients and the chef's true skill in the kitchen. The service is professional, pleasant, and efficient, without being intrusive. A reliable restaurant where you eat very well, one we would recommend and return to without hesitation.

A great place to eat in Orléans. The restaurant was warm and welcoming, especially in this freezing weather. The staff were incredibly friendly and pleasant, thank you :)
The dishes were delicious and generous. The "café gourmand" (a selection of small desserts served with coffee) was truly indulgent! Excellent wines too.
One small suggestion: allow a little more time for aperitifs before serving the main courses.
We had a wonderful evening. Thank you.

I absolutely loved it. It was my first time here, and I thoroughly enjoyed the food, the atmosphere, and the service. It was excellent from start to finish. 5 out of 5 stars. 20/20 for everything. Even the crêpe Suzette, flambéed right in front of the customer, was a real treat. I will definitely be back. See you soon.

Passing through Orléans, we stopped at the Chancellerie restaurant (in the evening).
What a pleasant surprise! Everything was perfect for us. The meal, the impeccable service, and the crisp white tablecloths... I highly recommend it. (The crêpe Suzette is a fantastic dessert. Don't hesitate!)
