First time at this restaurant, but a pleasant surprise. Our order was taken quickly, and the service was also fast, even though it was a Saturday lunchtime and the restaurant wasn't full. The restaurant was perfectly clean.

Dinner in the evening with my partner and our 2-month-old daughter, stroller next to the table. The setting is calm and pleasant. The service is impeccable. The dishes are affordable and the portions are generous :) The staff was very attentive, allowing us to rock our daughter in peace and quiet in a dimly lit, secluded room while they brought us our desserts :) Very classy, ​​I highly recommend it!

A fantastic experience at this restaurant. I'd been before and had fond memories, but this time we organized a group dinner in a private room, and it was truly wonderful. The space is perfect for a large group, allowing us to enjoy the evening in peace and quiet. There was music, a great atmosphere, and everything was in place for a truly enjoyable time. The staff is absolutely top-notch, always available when needed, friendly, and efficient. You can tell that everything is well-organized to ensure customers have a great evening. First experience a success! The welcome was warm. The staff were friendly and pleasant. We ordered a generous charcuterie board for two. The ribeye steak was a real treat, cooked exactly as requested. The portions were generous. The Colonel's Cup was excellent. The crème brûlée was also delicious. We will definitely return to this establishment. Well done to the team!

Discovering this place. The food is made with good ingredients. Waiting an hour between ordering and being served is a long time. The young servers do their best despite a boss who is disrespectful to his young staff. He makes comments in front of customers. Mr. Manager, you're doing everything you can to discourage young people who want to work.

The positives: • The food was good, prepared with fresh ingredients: that's the most important thing, and we appreciated it. • The welcome was pleasant and accommodating, especially with our dog. The waitress was smiling and helpful, and a young man even brought a bowl of water, which shows a genuine desire to do things right. • The setting is lovely, well-decorated, with spaces that allow you to hear yourself speak without too much noise. • The staff's uniform is appropriate and contributes to the establishment's professional image. • Easy parking nearby, which is always a plus. • Clean and well-maintained restrooms, a detail that matters for customer comfort. Areas for improvement: • The wait was very long: almost an hour before being served, which is particularly difficult for children. • During the aperitif, it was a shame that no small snacks (peanuts, olives, etc.) were offered. Even without a sharing platter, this gesture is a sign of conviviality and often encourages customers to linger. • No bread basket was brought to us or even offered, which is surprising for a restaurant of this caliber. • What struck us most negatively was the management: the manager repeatedly and brazenly reprimanded his young staff in front of the customers. This created an impression of constant pressure, with closed faces and awkwardness stemming from a fear of making mistakes. Training a team is essential, but publicly and authoritatively correcting staff can discourage young people who are learning. A debriefing after service would be more constructive and encouraging. Conclusion: We noted that the food was good, and that's the most important thing. However, the human and organizational context marred the experience. We hope that the establishment will adjust its management, streamline its service and not forget basic amenities (bread, aperitif), because the potential is there to offer a much more satisfying experience.
