We had a truly exceptional evening at La Chapelle. A warm welcome, impeccable service, a magnificent setting... and a truffle-based meal that was simply divine! From the quality of the ingredients to the perfectly balanced flavors and generous portions, everything was perfect. A superb discovery! We will certainly return if the opportunity arises.

An absolute jewel in the magnificent town of St paul-trois-chateau (the cathedral is not to be missed). The taste and invention of the dishes were a delight ( mousse of parsley and cepe mustroom ice cream, what the…).. Service was great and loved the local wine (see picture)at a great price. A must do if you are visiting the area, a real gem and the best of French cuisine.

On the plate, it's flawless: delicious, perfectly executed, generous, and refined dishes. Every bite is a true pleasure. The service is on par with everything else: attentive, professional, and genuinely pleasant. Everything was magnificent, without a single flaw. A must-visit in Saint-Paul-Trois-Châteaux that I wholeheartedly recommend. They richly deserve the highest rating.

18/02/2026: We stopped there for a meal without really knowing the place. A real culinary delight in a pleasant setting with a very warm welcome. We will return and highly recommend this restaurant.
