"A cuisine where vegetables are as important as meat. In season, the truffle dishes are remarkable. After seven or eight visits, I have never been disappointed. I leave each meal feeling enthusiastic. Attentive service that fully contributes to the pleasure of dining. For me, it's one of the best."

Visiting my daughter, we had a very pleasant evening. What can I say about the beef tartare with truffles? Wow, it was amazing! Everything was delicious and refined. The welcome was warm and friendly. A must-try! I highly recommend this place; you won't be disappointed.

06/06/2026: The owners have changed… but it's at least as good. The food is excellent, both summer and winter. It's refined, with perfectly balanced flavors, and the presentation is always elegant and beautiful. In winter, dine inside in a setting of stone and repurposed objects, and in summer, enjoy the terrace in the shade of the trees. It's a talented and friendly young couple who deserve to succeed. The prices are very reasonable, with a set menu of three starters, three main courses, and three desserts, and everything is made with the freshest ingredients.

05/07/2026: We frequent this establishment regularly and on several occasions. It all starts with the warm welcome and friendliness of the manager and his team. The human touch, the magnificent setting, and as for the cuisine, you'll want to come back again and again… quality dishes with something for everyone. If you're ever in St. Paul les Trois Châteaux, be sure to stop by this lovely restaurant; you'll be delighted. D. Vincent
03/07/2026: Superb place, we ate very well, the cocktails were excellent, the atmosphere was great (it was a Thursday night) and the service was impeccable. The prices aren't cheap, but when there's quality, you have a great time.
