Exceptional restaurant in the region, the setting is magnificent, peaceful, surrounded by nature, close to the mountains and lavender fields. Everything was very good from starter to dessert with a big favorite for the perfect egg with pea cream and fresh herbs, a real treat. The team is superb and the welcome warm, we had a very good evening and we will come back.

I had the opportunity to eat at La Charrette bleue this summer and everything was incredible, from the starter to the dessert, the flavors are there, the cuisine is perfectly mastered, the service is impeccable and the setting is very pleasant with a view of the mountains. I highly recommend!

Excellent food, I enjoyed the confit salmon and the veal rice, the portions are balanced and well crafted. Very nice presentation of the dishes. We had a pleasant time in the pretty setting of this restaurant surrounded by mountains. We will come back with pleasure.

Great experience! The dishes were delicious, congratulations to the chefs and their team for their creativity. There is a huge choice on the menu, something to satisfy all ages. As for the quality of service we can say the same. The waiters and the owner were very attentive throughout the service. Fast and pleasant service. The setting of the restaurant is magnificent, a terrace with a wonderful view is at your disposal. Thanks to the whole team, we will be back!

This was, by far, the prettiest meal I've eaten in months. Fresh flowers, fresh herbs and the striking colors of the food, make for a picture perfect meal. We ate outside on the covered patio -- beautiful, with the olive trees outside and a perfect outside temperature. All the tables are set with festive, colorful glasses and dining ware. We were immediately greeted by the hostess who seated us and explained the extensive menu. There are multiple menu options at differing price points and choices. My wife started with a fresh chilled pea velouté. I had the perfect egg on cream green peas. Simply beautiful and very tasty. For the main plat a Roasted saddle of lamb served pink, with a potato pancake, and fresh vegetables, was perfectly cooked, tender and delicious. How the chef put together a mosaic of Red Candied Salmon, with Nori leaves and squid ink, with citrus and avocado mayonnaise was another work of art, in flavor, composition and taste. Dessert was a candied nut and honey with creme Anglaise and fresh candied strawberries with sorbet. Satisfying, beautiful and exceptional way to end the meal. The wine list is extensive featuring wines from the local Cote du Rhone area. To add to a memorable meal, we met the man at the next table and shared our thoughts on each course. Turns out he is from Switzerland and said for the last 14 years he has been coming back to La Charette Bleue at least once every year because it is the best food around. That is quite a complement. I wish I was him and could go back here again and again.
