⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We discovered this restaurant for the first time four years ago. Now we have come back specifically. That really says it all. Although you can tell that the cuisine has evolved subtly since receiving the Michelin star, it is immediately clear why the restaurant still holds a well-deserved spot in the Michelin Guide. The signature remains intact: refined French gastronomy, featuring classic preparations, Provençal influences, and great respect for the product. The menu is thoughtfully structured. You can choose a tasting menu or order à la carte, ensuring that both the enthusiast and the connoisseur are fully satisfied. Our highlights: ✨ The gravlax with a fresh cucumber-mint garnish: elegant, perfectly balanced, and technically very well executed. 🥩 The beef cheeks: buttery soft, intense in flavor, and with a beautifully reduced sauce. 🦪 The Rockefeller Oysters: highly recommended. 🦆 The foie gras is also excellently prepared. 🍰 And definitely do not skip the desserts. Creative, refined, and perhaps the strongest part of the current menu. A small tip for families: the kids' menu is mainly suitable for younger children. Our 9-year-old was still hungry; too many fries but only 3 small nuggets. Next time, we would undoubtedly order a steak from the regular menu. The service also deserves a big compliment. Warm, professional, genuinely hospitable, and with a hostess who speaks excellent English and makes every guest feel welcome. The atmosphere is at least as special as the cuisine. No background music, but the soft sound of conversation, laughter, and a breathtaking view of the mountains. Exactly how a long French lunch or dinner should be. Please note: the kitchen is open for lunch and in the evening from 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM. Reservations are highly recommended. The starters were superb, the foie gras with cherries was delicious, and the veal chop was wonderful. The service is friendly and attentive; we've been coming for years!! And it's always just as good!!

A fantastic restaurant with a wide-ranging menu. My favorite: rack of lamb. But also a variety of fish dishes, always fresh, gently cooked, and delicious. Vegetarian options are also available. Friendly, attentive, and multilingual service. The wine list features local gems and a diverse selection of regional wines. And the desserts: baba au rhum, Valrhona chocolate. Can you hear me raving?

The terrace is very pleasant, and the misting system is a welcome feature in this heat. The service was excellent, each dish was beautifully presented, and the food was exquisite.
