We enjoyed our meal. Excellent butcher's cut (perfectly cooked) with homemade fries, and to finish, a sublime vacherin. Good value for money. I recommend it.

We came to Le Dilem as a family while visiting Château Dauphin and received a very warm welcome. The restaurant has a lovely shaded terrace for lunchtime. The menu is varied, the food is high quality, and the service is efficient. Without a doubt, the best restaurant in Pontgibaud!

Without high expectations, a group of eight of us spontaneously decided to go there without a reservation and were more than pleasantly surprised. The service staff was very friendly and the food was excellent. And all at very reasonable prices. We were extremely impressed.
