25/05/2026: We came to Le Dilem as a family while visiting Château Dauphin and received a very warm welcome. The restaurant has a lovely shaded terrace for lunchtime. The menu is varied, the food is high quality, and the service is efficient. Without a doubt, the best restaurant in Pontgibaud!

12/11/2024: For lunch very random service to do well they serve you coffee at the same time as your dessert so that you can consume it very cold
You have to ask for your cutlery (meat knife) with your fingers, it can be delicious!
As for the sauce being poorly diluted or the powder of the preparation still making a small block of good salt, it's just a bit
The dessert is top notch formerly tête de N.... and not nabot.

service pas sympathique. cuisine moyenne, plat trop refroidis à leur arrivée à table.
