We will not forget the pleasure we had in this restaurant.
- the welcome is friendly with clothing taken to put in the cloakroom
- the room is beautiful, sleek modern style, very tasteful, the lighting is nice, the tables are well isolated from each other.
- the staff is very professional with an attentive but discreet look at the table, they give very good explanations on the different dishes served.
The sommelier provides very good explanations on each wine which goes very well with the different dishes.
From appetizers to dessert, it's a real festival of flavors and a visual presentation of the different dishes. All in all, it makes for a very hearty meal.
It’s hard to say what we preferred because the dishes are different:
- from the appetizers it is paradise with several dishes each time: salmon, egg in its shell...
- then, we were treated to lightly cooked scallops or carpaccio, then langoustine accompanied wonderfully by an excellent sauce and small vegetables. Finally, we tasted cive onion tarte tatin generously accompanied by fine slices of Périgord truffle: a real, very original delicacy rarely served in restaurants.
We had only had three dishes but we had regrets when we saw, served at another table, the fourth: the squab, that will be for next time!
As for the cheese, very tasty matured Morbier and Comté, a real treat not to mention the cancoillotte with vin jaune, unforgettable!
Alexandre's desserts, three in number, all very original (including one made with endive!), concluded this excellent meal.
We must salute the excellent pairings of these dishes with the wines chosen by the sommelier.
This description may seem dithyrambic but it corresponds to the pleasure we felt throughout this meal.
Before leaving we were able to chat with the Chef, a true gastronomic artist, very open and friendly, happy to know that we had spent an unforgettable time in his restaurant.
This is not our first attempt at Michelin-starred restaurants. We are convinced that this one fully deserves its second Michelin star in comparison with the other restaurants that we have had the pleasure of frequenting.

Establishment visited last night, everything on the plate was perfect, during the week it's bistronomy and it's of very high quality, Joël Césari is on all fronts, from the kitchen to the dining room, a deeply human character with whom we took great pleasure in chatting, appointment made for March 9 at the gastro, we are impatient. We can only recommend this beautiful place.

Un bel endroit et très agréable!
Une décoration avec goût, des chambres simples avec tout le confort attendu et surtout une excellente table!
Et un forfait soirée étape, pour les déplacements professionnels, plus que convenable!
