he is the best! if you like to enjoy great food and something extraordinary, La Chaumière is the place to go! Boris is charming! Good lookin! Great cook ! Incredible host ! The best restaurant I've discovered in a long time. The food (foie gras, herring, scallops, and beef) and drinks (Americano and Chardonnay) are excellent, and the place is lively and full of memories. A wonderful experience highly recommended to those who appreciate exceptional French traditions.

So. If you want EXCELLENT cuisine—and I mean EXCELLENT—with a chef who's worth the trip, who takes care of you, and an atmosphere you won't find anywhere else, this is the place. If you want superficiality, chic, glitz for your Instagram selfies, with barely acceptable food, look elsewhere.

13/04/2026: A very nice venue. The location is excellent with ample parking. I came for the SQY Pole Dance cabaret, and the lighting, stage, sound, and decor were all superb. I look forward to returning if SQY is held again for a second edition.

We've had the pleasure of visiting both as service providers and as clients… and in both cases, the experience was simply magical. 25/05/2026: My favorite place to eat the best pistachio tartlet! For 5 years, the recipe hasn't changed. Still as delicious as ever! We drive 50km to get there and we buy them for any occasion (or not), whether it's the pack of 8 or individual tartlets.
03/05/2026: The macarons have a very successful texture, crunchy and melting at the same time, but I was a little disappointed by the flavor, which is not very enhanced, making it difficult to know what I am tasting.
