Cadre super et très bon accueil. Nous avons passé une très bonne soirée d’été sous les platanes et les jolies lanternes. La terrasse est vraiment agréable et la vue magnifique. Bon repas mais attente un peu longue. Nous reviendrons !

Excellent welcome from the owner although we arrived without reservation at 1:45 p.m. Simple but tasty cuisine Belgian beers to enjoy throughout the meal following the advice of the owner We will come back with pleasure

Discovered by chance a few days ago, we just had lunch, the restaurant is very friendly, good atmosphere, the dishes are simple but very good and the service is correct. We had a very pleasant time, to recommend.

Where to start? The terrace offers a magnificent view of the Allier. The managers are very welcoming, and the food is quality. Passing through here on a cycling trip, we were wonderfully welcomed here. A must if I return to the region. I recommend the place without hesitation.

We had dinner on the evening of August 15 in this restaurant that we did not know and it was truly enchanting!! The terrace overlooks a green bocage which leaves a superb view of the Allier, the owner serves with great kindness and friendliness, the dishes offered are few in number (real home cooking) but very tasty and very high quality (I recommend the chanterelle tab 😋😋). Added to all this is the decoration of the vintage terrace...in short, we have a feeling of being at home!! I highly, highly recommend!!

A magnificent place where we were very well received. The atmosphere is relaxed, the food superb. Located next to the river we swam. The terrace under the trees with a view of the river is very romantic. Also our children were able to play well. Quiet place, a real vacation.

Réouverture du restaurant La Chaumière après quelques années de fermeture par un couple belge et leur fils , très sympathiques. Spécialités françaises et belges. Le waterzoi de volaille est délicieux sur une terrasse ombragée au bord de l allier. Très agréable. Très bon rapport qualité prix avec le sourire en plus .
