Très bonne cuisine ! Excellents produits cuisinés avec soin. Alliance d’une cuisine traditionnelle à la fois moderne et innovante par ses saveurs. Service impeccable, discret et efficace. Décor raffiné et si le temps le permet service en extérieur dans un magnifique jardin. Très bon rapport qualité/prix.

A perfect stay. Very clean room, spacious, quality bedding, quiet and ideally located for exploring Sologne. The city is lively and has great restaurants. We had the full breakfast which was perfect and we had dinner one evening in the hotel restaurant, which was very good and gourmet. I recommend !

La Chaumière is a historic restaurant in Aubigny which hides its age behind a very pleasant setting and an excellent welcome. Add to that a beautiful menu and flawless cuisine and you will have a meal that will make you want to come back. The menu includes several menus to suit tastes, appetites and budgets. Impressive cellar book and large selection of wines by the glass.

We stayed with family this weekend. Spacious and comfortable room. Dinner at the restaurant, tasty, careful and very appreciated with traditional service. Decoration generally very elegant and good balance between modernity and Sologne tradition. We highly recommend this establishment and imagine how very pleasant having lunch on the terrace in summer must be.

31/08/2024: Good pancake, both savory and sweet, a slightly larger menu would be a plus Otherwise I recommend the place owner and servers at the top
30/08/2024: First visit and delighted with this discovery, also with Breton friends who liked the buckwheat pancakes, to do again next year thank you for the family atmosphere
