The cottage is a rich gastronomic experience. A must-see restaurant in the Albinian basin. Thank you to all the staff for the pleasant time spent with you.

Ma femme et moi avons diné et dormi à La Chaumière et tout s'est très bien passé . Nous connaissons cet établissement depuis plus de 25 ans et nous y revenons régulièrement avec autant de plaisir et de satisfaction. Les plats sont excellents , la carte des vins est très vaste et le service est souriant et professionnel. La chambre est très bien et calme. Le parking ne pose pas de problème.

A perfect stay. Very clean room, spacious, quality bedding, quiet and ideally located for exploring Sologne. The city is lively and has great restaurants. We had the full breakfast which was perfect and we had dinner one evening in the hotel restaurant, which was very good and gourmet. I recommend !

La Chaumière is a historic restaurant in Aubigny which hides its age behind a very pleasant setting and an excellent welcome. Add to that a beautiful menu and flawless cuisine and you will have a meal that will make you want to come back. The menu includes several menus to suit tastes, appetites and budgets. Impressive cellar book and large selection of wines by the glass.

We stayed with family this weekend. Spacious and comfortable room. Dinner at the restaurant, tasty, careful and very appreciated with traditional service. Decoration generally very elegant and good balance between modernity and Sologne tradition. We highly recommend this establishment and imagine how very pleasant having lunch on the terrace in summer must be.

In memory of my grandpa who loved this place, I was able to appreciate and taste this meal which was prepared with finesse and refinement, thank you to the whole team for this moment

Beautiful restaurant space, quite quiet, clean, beautiful table coverings... ...Too bad the towels are not pleasant to the touch. Correct service, could be improved in particular by: - presenting the wines with the bottle rather than a leaflet at the base of the glass - by systematically announcing the dishes Given the prices, the seasonings are not at the top, which is confirmed by the salt and pepper shakers on the tables! However, we have a very good lunch there with perfectly adequate portions. To redo

Magnificent Sunday lunch with the family for two birthdays. The dishes were fine, quality and beautifully presented. The very warm welcome: we had a baby and an elderly person and the staff took great care of them. We really enjoyed ourselves without coming out heavy despite the aperitif, appetizer, starter, main course, cheese, dessert and sweets menu. To do again, perhaps as a couple 🙂. And it seems that in summer the terrace is pleasant.
