Bravo chef for this remarkable dinner of flavors, colors, and originality! Incredible value for money! You deserve great success! Your work deserves to be rewarded, and we hope that the residents of Auray and beyond will soon come to discover you!

We found this little restaurant via the Michelin Guide; otherwise, we probably wouldn't have gone in during our visit to Auray. Nevertheless, it is highly recommended. For a very reasonable price of 49 euros for a four-course menu, you get one surprise after another on your plate. Tuna with Sangria sorbet, pan-fried duck liver on a mousse of fresh peas, home-smoked beef with a beautifully combined sauce, or a fine dessert to finish. With every dish, there was a great deal of attention paid to vegetables and herbs, which many consider a real plus. The accompanying organic wine was in line with the rest of the menu and offered excellent value for money. Wishing you continued success!!!

Have you ever tried L'Émisole? A must-try! 😉👍🏻 Exquisite and delicate dishes. Refined cuisine, very pleasant service. A minor drawback was the limited quantity of rosé from the Var region (only 4 glasses). I'll definitely be back. It's truly worth the detour! 😉 Excellent value for money. A personal message: a huge thank you to my parents for this wonderful discovery! 🙏🏻 Note: The restaurant is wheelchair accessible via a ramp and has a fairly spacious sink, but a small area is inaccessible by wheelchair.

The meal was excellent, however, it's a shame the wine list is so limited, especially since they list wines they don't actually have!

We had a wonderful evening. The welcome and service were perfect: friendly, pleasant, and professional. And the food! Refined, delicious, even amazing, like the dessert and the appetizer. Excellent ingredients, expertly prepared. Very good value for money as well. We highly recommend this restaurant. Thank you!

The food was excellent; the dishes were well-crafted and sophisticated, as evidenced by their inclusion in the Michelin Guide. However, this impression is somewhat marred by the restaurant's decor, which lacks character and feels cold. The waitress's casual denim outfit—despite being pleasant enough—also clashes with the restaurant's overall image. It's a shame. A customer experience is as much about visual appeal as it is about taste.

We had a surprise meal and loved it. We don't regret our choice.
