La Chocolaterie de Jacques Genin sur Paris

On ne peut pas être expert en tout ! Les chocolats sont bons à un prix à la limite de la décence mais bon, on peut se faire plaisir de temps en temps. Mais l’attente est évidemment en proportion de ces tarifs…. Jacques Genin est effectivement un excellent chocolatier, mais il n’est pas le seul! Par contre les pâtes de fruits sont très décevantes : on ne reconnaît pas le fruit… très sucrées et trop fermes ,limite gélatine Les guimauves sont bonnes car la croûte en chocolat est très bien , mais annoncées à la rose, je cherche encore le parfum… pour être discret il est très discret!! J’y retournerai pour d’autres gourmandises mais au chocolat….les mendiants m’ont fait de l’œil… j’espère ne pas être déçue!

以前、こちらのショコラをお土産で頂きとても美味しかったので、初めてお店を訪ねました。アクセスはボンマルシェから5分少々歩いたところ。とても洗練された空間で、美しいマダムが対応してくれました。飛行機で日本に持ち帰るか尋ねてくれて、クッション性のある袋に入れてくださるなど、細やかな対応でした。本当はパートドフリュイもスペシャリテらしく、試食も勧めてくれました。とても美味しかったです。また再訪したいお店です！

I bought three 12-piece pate de fruits and a pistachio nougat. I sampled the pate de fruit raspberries, and although they were sweet, they were rich and had a strong raspberry flavor. The dark chocolate was also delicious. Chocolates can be purchased starting from 1 piece. Nougat is sold by weight. The clerk was kind. Unfortunately, the temperature is so high in Japan right now that it's difficult to bring chocolate home, so I think I'll try buying some chocolate in the winter. After putting the part de fruit in the paper box It's packaged in a heavy can, so it's stylish and makes a great souvenir. The expiration date for pate de fruits is 10 days. Nougat has a shelf life of 2 weeks.
