La Chouette Gourmande sur Orcieres

A very good meal (the classic fondue was excellent, and the fondue too – yes, we had fondue in August!) and above all, very friendly service and welcome. Good value for money. The sweet crepes are excellent. The shaded terrace is pleasant. We highly recommend this restaurant!

After a meal at another restaurant (which we really regretted given the quality of the food), we ordered two coffees. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. Go there with complete confidence!

I highly recommend it; the welcome was warm. The food was generous and well-prepared, and the price was good value. As a family with two daughters, we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves.

I came three times during my stay. Upon arrival at lunchtime, I ordered a mountain crêpe and my partner had a chicken burger. We weren't impressed; the burger bun was burnt and the inside of the burger was dry. As for the crêpe, you expect good mountain cheese inside, but it had no flavor at all, probably just industrially grated cheese. We went back twice for afternoon tea, and the crêpes were very good. The Viennese chocolate was also delicious, which is why we returned a third time for afternoon tea. The service is very fast, and the waitress, despite being very busy, was incredibly friendly! The terrace, sunny in the afternoon, offers a lovely view.

The service was very pleasant, the hot box dish and its sides were very good! Remember to book.

We went to this restaurant for dinner one evening as a family, with our three children. We received a very warm welcome from the staff, who were incredibly friendly and easy to talk to. The food was excellent for both adults and children! A wonderful, very convivial family experience! Thank you!
