La Chouette Gourmande sur Orcieres

Hazard did a great job, a superb view from our table, a very pleasant waiter and an excellent meal! Highly recommended.

I came three times during my stay. Upon arrival at lunchtime, I ordered a mountain crêpe and my partner had a chicken burger. We weren't impressed; the burger bun was burnt and the inside of the burger was dry. As for the crêpe, you expect good mountain cheese inside, but it had no flavor at all, probably just industrially grated cheese. We went back twice for afternoon tea, and the crêpes were very good. The Viennese chocolate was also delicious, which is why we returned a third time for afternoon tea. The service is very fast, and the waitress, despite being very busy, was incredibly friendly! The terrace, sunny in the afternoon, offers a lovely view.

The service was very pleasant, the hot box dish and its sides were very good! Remember to book.

We went to this restaurant for dinner one evening as a family, with our three children. We received a very warm welcome from the staff, who were incredibly friendly and easy to talk to. The food was excellent for both adults and children! A wonderful, very convivial family experience! Thank you!

A great little restaurant, friendly and quiet. The food is delicious and the staff are smiling and very welcoming. You feel right at home and have a wonderful time. Reservations recommended during holiday periods 🙂

A nice restaurant in Orcières-Merlette, with a pleasant atmosphere and welcoming, smiling staff. The service was friendly, although a little slow during our visit. Opinions are mixed: my husband really enjoyed it, while I found the food decent but nothing special. A minor drawback was the children's menu, which could be improved in quality (the nuggets were rather poor). Nevertheless, it remains a friendly place for a simple meal while in the resort.

Very good restaurant, service was quite fast considering how busy it was, the galettes were very good, and the crêpes were excellent. The waiters were also pleasant. Thank you!

A snack break is essential; the crepes are very good. Pleasant terrace with a lovely view.

Great restaurant with excellent local specialties: we tried the raclette and the tartiflette. Very good. And the staff is very friendly.
