Superb restaurant, impeccable and fast service, excellent quality of food. A lovely spot for a meal with friends or as a couple; the small terrace is very pleasant. Parking is right across the street.

A fantastic bistro-style restaurant for a romantic dinner! The food is excellent and the service is just as good. A particular favorite was the whipped Brie de Meaux – a real treat.

A romantic dinner for two at the bistronomic restaurant La Ciboulette in La Norville. From the moment we arrived, we were captivated by the elegance of the setting, the charm of the terrace, discreetly tucked away from prying eyes, and the warm, unpretentious welcome, delivered with impeccable professionalism. The seven-course menu is a true invitation to culinary journey. Each dish, as beautiful as it is delicious, reveals meticulous work where the ingredients are perfectly showcased. The flavor combinations are delicate, balanced, and sometimes unexpected, demonstrating the chef's creativity and finesse. The cocktails and the wine pairing were a real discovery, offering original combinations and unique flavors that pleasantly surprised our palates. The perfectly paced service also deserves praise. The change of cutlery with each course, the meticulous cleaning of the table between courses, and this constant attention to detail illustrate a sense of excellence that is as discreet as it is remarkable. A truly wonderful discovery where the setting, the cuisine, and the quality of service combine to offer a timeless escape. An address we recommend without hesitation and where we will return with great pleasure. One of the best restaurants in Essonne!

I came to eat, I left wanting a membership. Everything is excellent, the flavors are incredible, and the staff is fantastic. The only problem: now other restaurants disappoint me. P.S.: If you happen to have the number of the waiter who embraces her femininity with her little scarf around her neck, I'd love to have it :)

First experience at La Ciboulette restaurant in La Norville on Friday, July 10th, and what a wonderful discovery! From the moment we arrived, we received a warm welcome. The service was impeccable: professional, attentive, and genuinely pleasant from beginning to end. As for the food, it was a real treat: flavorful, well-executed dishes, perfectly balanced. The seasoning was expertly managed, and the flavors were spot-on without being overpowering. You could taste the fresh, seasonal ingredients, showcased beautifully. A minor drawback (personal opinion): the rather strong presence of sweet and savory combinations on the menu. This didn't stop us from thoroughly enjoying our meal and having a truly wonderful culinary experience. Overall, though, a truly fantastic restaurant that I wholeheartedly recommend. We loved it and will definitely be back! Congratulations to the entire Ciboulette team for their hard work.

After hearing so many positive things from our friends and family, we wanted to try it out and were pleasantly surprised by the quality of everything offered, from appetizers to dessert 🩷🫶🏻 Our best discovery was the rhubarb cocktail, bursting with flavor yet incredibly smooth. We spent €80 per person, treating ourselves: appetizers, starters, main courses, a glass of wine, dessert, and coffee. Some might say it's too expensive, but for now, it's perhaps the best place around, and I'll definitely be back 🥰

For the past three years, this new team has consistently reinvented itself with creativity and expertise! Impeccable service, high-quality dishes, daring flavor combinations, and meticulous presentation... worthy of a fine dining establishment! Bravo to the entire team!

A bistro-style restaurant with a very helpful and pleasant welcome. The chef's menu is interesting to explore, and the wine pairings are enjoyable, although there was too much white wine for my taste (€55 for 5 glasses). Of the 7 courses (€68), only the cheese pairings were not to my liking. The servers are excellent and attentive! Definitely worth a visit.
