Eyes closed ! Excellent bistronomic restaurant 👌🏻 The food is very good, the mixture of flavors is an explosion in the mouth. The waiter is very friendly and gives good advice. A must-visit address if you want to have a good time and eat well!!

New young and dynamic team. The finesse of the flavors, from appetizers to desserts, encourages us to repeat the experience very quickly for our greatest pleasure. The service is professional without being stuffy, the customer is immediately very comfortable, the team takes great care. To discover, to better return Another chives dinner: a success! The level of cooking has increased, each dish is a treat. In the dining room, the director is like an orchestra conductor, the service is always attentive without being stuffy. My partner and I discovered the bistronomic restaurant La Ciboulette during a weekday lunch. The room is bright and tastefully decorated, the atmosphere is classy and warm and we are seated in beautiful and comfortable armchairs for a great tasting! When we arrived we were well received, the waiter was very friendly. We opted for the lunch menu (starter + main course or main course + dessert) at the price of 32€. The dish options were all very tempting, with research into original flavor combinations! The menu changes regularly depending on seasonal products, which is very pleasant. My choice fell on the roast sea bass as a main course and the roast pear as a dessert. The presentation of the dishes was elegant, it was both a visual and gustatory pleasure! We feel the meticulous work that goes into the kitchen and the desire to take us on a journey with every bite! I found the portion of sea bass to be generous and the combination of celeriac puree and vanilla was truly delicious! The dessert was also very good but I would have appreciated more creamy grilled buckwheat because I barely had a snack. The only small point of improvement that I would like to mention would be the bread. Indeed, given the quality of the cuisine offered, the bread does not seem up to par. I really enjoyed myself and had an excellent lunch. I think we will be happy to come back in the evening to try another atmosphere. In any case this address deserves more visibility, I recommend without hesitation! For lovers of subtle dishes, you are in the know to delight your taste buds!

Me and my partner discovered this restaurant yesterday. It is well appointed and very nicely decorated in a cocooning and very refined style. The welcome is friendly and attentive from start to finish. We opted for a lunch menu (main course + dessert) for €32. We had the choice between 4 dishes and 4 desserts with original mixes and flavors, assumed and worked. It’s a winning trio that will amuse your taste buds and arouse your curiosity. Each order is accompanied by a very pleasant appetizer. For my part, I opted for the BEEF CHEEK, GNOCCHI, BRUSSELS SPROUTS and VANILLA SPROUTS, CARAMEL, PECAN. The dish was good, nicely presented and mastered, accompanied by a harissa cream which sets off the festivities. A small downside concerning the beef cheek cromesquis, which was a little too dry for my taste (we lost the gelatinous and tender aspect of the cheek). As for the desert, it is a safe bet that meets your requirements. The choux is succulent, crispy and generously garnished with a vanilla cream to die for (voluptuous, light and not mushy). I would have liked a little more caramel though. During the meal we were a little disappointed by the bread, which did not match the cuisine offered. This is an address that I highly recommend! We will come back and discover new dishes, this time in the evening to taste the atmosphere!
