La Ciboulette sur La Norville

We'd been told, so we went to check it out, and we weren't disappointed. We opted for the weekday lunch menu and thoroughly enjoyed it. The chef has a rare talent for combining aromas and colors. And the restaurant manager has a keen and efficient eye for detail.

Intimate atmosphere, perfect for a couple. Excellent cocktails and refined food. The €49 menu is well worth it. Thank you for a lovely time. It's truly a sophisticated place; it makes you want to go back. Bravo!

We had a wonderful time. A very peaceful lunchtime, with absolutely no noise in the dining room! The dishes were exceptional, with truly interesting and unexpected presentation and flavors. To finish, the small homemade rum-flambéed banana ice cream, served with a profiterole, was simply divine. I can't wait to come back and discover what's next...

To begin with, the place is very inviting. I particularly loved the candlelight, which adds a lovely overall ambiance, the almost subdued lighting, and the simply but elegantly set tables. The cuisine is refined, sophisticated, and beautifully presented. In fact, it was quite a clever idea to create the galette des rois flavored ice cream, which was a very surprising touch. The dishes were generally quite good; I just found the sea bass a little bland. On the other hand, I was won over by the wine pairings, which allowed me to discover new wines that aren't often found and were all excellent! As for the price, it's rather high, although they use seasonal, local, and organic products, which does come at a cost. I'm charmed and delighted to find such a lovely restaurant in the area. It's very refreshing.

An exceptional experience! From the service to the food, everything was flawless. The only sad moment was when lunch ended; I wished time would stand still. Every detail was thoughtfully considered.

The overall quality of the meal was good (although the duck breast was a bit tough). The service was pleasant. However, it was too noisy, which spoiled our dinner.
