Lunch break in La Roche-sur-Yon... Guided by Google reviews, I opt for "La Cigale." A small Caesar salad as a starter, confit pork and sweet potatoes, a glass of Blaye cheese, and coffee, €18.50. All fresh and delicious. Very good service. All on a pleasant terrace. I'll definitely be back.

25/03/2026: We ate well and the service was quick. Just one drawback: the head waitress was extremely noisy, making unpleasant remarks to a petite waitress and clattering dishes. When it wasn't a broken glass (which can happen), it was slamming bottles, putting dishes in the dishwasher, and banging cups...
17/02/2026: A warm and professional welcome for a friendly and quick lunch. I'll definitely be back.

01/03/2026: A truly wonderful culinary experience at this restaurant, and especially with our absolutely fantastic waiter, Jules! 👍 He was so attentive, pleasant, a great listener, always smiling, and so much more... On this beautiful Grandparents' Day, he really brightened our afternoon. The meal was perfect, the atmosphere was spotless, and above all, a huge THANK YOU to Jules! 😉 Keep up the great work, stay just as you are! 😀
25/02/2026: A bit disappointed by the quality of the meat, the fries were so-so, and the Roquefort sauce looked strange and, above all, tasteless. It's a shame, because the staff is friendly.
