It's a shame that the Relais des Chênes no longer has the charm it used to have...

A really lovely place! Every time we've been there, it's always been a pleasure. In the summer, the large outdoor area is a real bonus: it's pretty, pleasant, and perfectly safe for children since the space can be enclosed. There's also plenty of parking, which is really appreciated. Inside, I particularly love the dining room with its beautiful exposed beams and large fireplace, which give the place a lot of charm. And above all, a word about Joël, the owner: a truly kind, helpful, and attentive person… simply a wonderful person. This comes through in the restaurant's atmosphere. In short, a place we gladly return to. I highly recommend it!

It was a meeting that was meant to be with Joel, the owner. I rented the Relais des Chênes to host one of my dog-related events, and the venue was perfect: the spacious main room, the second smaller room, the kitchen and storage area, the large terrace with its charming gazebo, the garden, the large parking lot... it was truly both extremely practical and comfortable for organizing the event and welcoming visitors (we had 120 guests throughout the day), and also very pleasant because it's such a charming place. Joel trusted me enough to let me take over his property with lots of dogs. He was available, welcoming, and accommodating... it was a real pleasure to work with him and organize my event at the Relais des Chênes! A big thank you, Joel! :)

The owner was very welcoming and attentive. The venue is fantastic, easily accessible, with ample parking, an outdoor area perfect for late afternoon drinks, and the rectangular room is easy to arrange. We've already hosted weddings, birthdays, and parties there...

Fantastic venue! Joël is helpful, kind, and responsive, and the hall is excellent for a very competitive price. As for the catering, all our guests were delighted and didn't leave a single crumb! I highly recommend this venue to future brides and grooms :)

We spent a wonderful summer evening at the Relais des Chênes in Les Matelles. Upon our arrival, we were warmly welcomed by Joël, the owner of the estate, who was attentive and highly professional. The reception room is superb, spacious, and tastefully decorated, creating a friendly and elegant atmosphere. The meal was delicious, with carefully prepared and presented dishes. A big congratulations also to the waitresses, who were always smiling and on top of their game throughout the evening, which made the experience even more enjoyable. A huge thank you to the entire team for a magnificent evening, one we won't soon forget. We highly recommend the Relais des Chênes for any event or reception!
