Joli resto moderne, grande salle pour les banquets, grande terrasse, serveurs sympathiques. La salade César est un régal, l’irish coffre très bon.

26/10/2025: Quite surprised by the bill. Warm restaurant, you feel at home, a haven of peace. Exceptional tarte flambée. We were a table of 16, and everything went very well. I wish you all the best for the future.
01/10/2025: Simple, straightforward, just like 50 years ago. The daily menu is OK, if you're passing through.

21/09/2024: Great dining experience last night. Very warm welcome and perfect service. Our table of three was very satisfied with the quality and quantity of food. I recommend!
20/09/2024: If someone asks me to recommend a restaurant in Alsace with homemade dishes, I would say Bim Buewele without hesitation. The staff of the establishment are super welcoming, always a smile which is super pleasant. The restaurant is clean. The dishes are homemade, thanks to the kitchen. It's not the first time I've come but it's only when I'm passing through Drusenheim. Just a big thank you and well done.
