Great atmosphere, a good experience with friends from Angoulême. Don't hesitate if you're passing through Angoulême; the cuisine is evolving, seasonal, and above all, generous, not forgetting the little dog who also shares the cuddles. Bravo La Cigogne!

We ate on the terrace of La Cigogne this evening! We highly recommend this lovely, well-known restaurant in Angoulême, which has had a new team for the past seven months! We thoroughly enjoyed our meal; the service was impeccable and discreet! The place has been renovated in a very nice style—simple yet elegant, and without being stuffy...a real pleasure

The cuisine is a bit too sophisticated and complicated.
Simpler would be better.
Too many flavor combinations.
Decent value for money.
Wines are far too expensive.
The Sancerre red is superb.

An excellent restaurant in every respect. The arrival is breathtaking, with a passage through the rock. The welcome is warm and friendly.
The cuisine is delicious, beautifully presented, and the service impeccable.
The dining room decor is understated yet elegant. Go without hesitation; restaurants of this caliber are far too rare.

A unique spot, well-located with a beautiful view over the Anguienne Valley, and a superb terrace.
But above all, refined cuisine with quick and friendly service. Easy parking. Reasonable prices.
