Passing through Parthenay, we stumbled upon this charming little restaurant. The meat was absolutely delicious, the dishes were varied, the cocktails were excellent, the wine was superb, and the owner was very friendly.

The welcome, the food, the atmosphere...

A must-try for food in Parthenay! The beef bourguignon is to die for! The mashed potatoes with Pamplie butter are exceptional; I've never had such good mashed potatoes in a restaurant. And the crème brûlée brioche is simply divine, as the owner and his team would say, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere. Only local products are used in this generous cuisine, full of flavor and showcasing a love for quality.

We were looking for a place to have dinner, and some of the restaurant recommendations in the area were closed (and their Google listings weren't up to date). This place was fully booked, but when they saw we couldn't find anywhere to eat, they were very kind and let us sit down before our reservation arrived.
The food was fantastic. We ordered a veal pavé, a veal spit, prawn risotto, and a very complete and delicious vegetarian dish. Everything was excellent, and the desserts were amazing!
A lovely touch that we greatly appreciated. Highly recommended.

A wonderful discovery last night during our visit to Parthenay for family reasons.
Everything was excellent, both visually and gastronomically, and the service was top-notch with very little wait.
The dishes were beautifully presented and generous.
Thank you for this fantastic experience; we will definitely visit you again on our next trip.
