La Clairière sur Xonrupt-Longemer

We wanted to rent a small boat for two hours today. The restaurant opens at 11:00, so we arrived around 10:30. It was 11:00, and we wanted to go inside. They were still busy cleaning up, but the restaurant was still closed. They must have noticed us, but unfortunately, the staff didn't react. We waited for about 10 minutes, but nothing happened. So we moved on. The next rental place had the boat we wanted. Why ⭐️⭐️⭐️ stars anyway? ⭐️ The atmosphere seems quite nice. ⭐️ The menu looks good. ⭐️ There are plenty of boats available. Sorry, but this time the competition got our money for a 2-hour boat rental with food and drinks afterward.

Had a delicious meal, nice service. I just found the drinks a bit on the expensive side. 4.50 for a very small glass of wine, €6 for a beer, and 4.40 for a cappuccino. They also have pizza, which is not expensive.

It was a fantastic experience for me! I came alone to eat. The cocktails were very good, and the service was quick and very friendly. The only downside was the portion size (I had breaded chicken strips). The fries were very good, but I found the quantity small, and the salad was very simple (a few raw vegetables would have been nice), but the size was still quite sufficient! I ordered a Nutella crepe, served with whipped cream and fruit slices. I really enjoyed it! Bonus points for the beautiful sun lounger by the water! Despite the negative reviews, I think it must have been due to a seasonal team that wasn't working well. Because this year, it's fantastic! I received a wonderful welcome, a delicious meal, superb drinks, and everything I needed to relax and enjoy the afternoon. I highly recommend it! 🫶🏼

Enjoy a delicious meal in a peaceful setting by the lake in the heart of the Vosges Mountains. Reservations are recommended, especially if you want a table close to the water.

Lunch on the water, by the lake. Not too crowded in mid-May, so very pleasant. Very warm welcome. Good food.

I went there for work during the week and out of season. It's a wonderful site that you absolutely must see.
