Very nice welcome, quality breakfast, however lack of customer parking space (around ten spaces for 60 rooms) but this is due to the location of the hotel.

Having had to change my return tickets due to a train strike, I asked on Monday if, leaving a day earlier, I could be reimbursed for the canceled night. I met an optus and unprofessional manager; he did not confirm that he could reimburse me since I notified him more than 48 hours in advance. It was only the next day when I insisted to him that the manager who heard, as a professional and decent person, told me that they were going to do what was necessary. The manager still insisted that I provide him with a note from the SNCF??? and did not reimburse me as agreed (i.e. amount paid by card was reimbursed in holiday vouchers) in short, incorrect and not professional for mr only. Madame is correct and kind. Decent hotel but problem with wifi and TV reception and the image of the swimming pool suggests that it is much larger than in reality. Clean room.
