Hello, quite disappointed with our lunch today. The €19 appetizer platter was very light. The meat in the Flemish Carbonnade was very dry. The chicken in Maroilles sauce was bland. In short, very average.
Lunch this Sunday, Grandparents' Day, we got one of the last tables as it was almost full.
We had a wonderful meal: a two-salmon tartare as a starter, followed by a delicious pork knuckle as a main course, and homemade fries.
The staff is very friendly and attentive to their customers.
We will gladly return when we're back up north. Well done, keep up the good work!
A traditional bistro with traditional but very high-quality cuisine! Seasonal vegetables, cooking worthy of Escoffier! We didn't have to wait despite a family meal being organized in the next room.
Arrived without a reservation on Valentine's Day and received a warm welcome. Varied menu, fast and flawless service. Attentive staff. Pleasant setting. Standard prices.
Homemade dishes. Excellent cuisine. We had the pork cheek. Exquisite.
The staff were extremely kind, smiling, and friendly. A very charming little bistro. A hidden gem to discover in a small village.
I recommend it a thousand times over.
