La Cloche a Fromage sur Strasbourg

Amazing. Of course not every cheese is absolutely incredible, but the majority was. Wouldn't do the fondue, especially if you've had fondue before or regularly. But the cheese platers and the cold meat selection are amazing

Obligatory stopover when staying in Strasbourg. All you can eat raclette, decadent and thoughtful cheese platters, delicious breads to accompany. It is possible to try all the bell cheeses for seasoned cheesemakers. Family and lively atmosphere Very smiling and motivated service. Reservation more than necessary.

If you’re a cheese lover, you simply must make the pilgrimage to La Cloche à Fromage. It holds the Guinness world record for largest fresh cheese offering from the giant display Cloche (pictured) and even if a cold cheese plate isn’t your thing, you can order from the menu where cheese included with every dish. They have an English menu, a great wine list and very helpful servers. You can opt for a cheese selection, their famous All-you-can-eat Raclette & fondue, or a seasonally changing menu. We tried the Bärlauch fondue and the offered Normandy steak. We started with the escargot pot pie, which was absolutely delicious. They also always serve Aligot, famous cheesy potatoes. They also run a cheese shop by the same name across the street & in Epernay (Champagne Region)

Nothing special, cheese board is too expensive and there is too much noise. You sit on each other's laps. Mini portions so you can't really enjoy them. There were also no grapes or other fruit pieces. So I didn't eat tastefully. There are cheaper and better places in this city.

Great for cheese lovers. Excellent quality. The “Stinker” program is really great! There are also Mountain and Goat programs!

A cheese-based restaurant. Fantastic products, very well served. Foie can also be highlighted. The service, at least the one we experienced, was a little unpleasant and in any case everything was rushed. In any case, highly recommended and good luck with the person who serves you.

Very diverse cheese menu, and nice decor. The servers are extremely friendly and the food is delicious. I highly recommend.

In pieno centro a Strasburgo, a due passi dalla cattedrale, non penseresti proprio di trovare un ristorante di così elevata qualità... taglieri di formaggi sublimi, anatra e ratatouille con caprino eccellenti, gelato di formaggio da non perdere. Ottimo anche il vino di accompagnamento. Cortesia e disponibilità nel servizio.

Non abbiamo resistito alla vista della cupola piena di meravigliosi formaggi! La Cloche offre una ricca scelta di degustazioni “a tema”, fonduta e Raclette. Ma la carta presenta anche piatti di carne, pesce e verdure, con combinazioni interessanti, molto curate per gli ingredienti e la presentazione. Buona la scelta dei vini, soprattutto regionali. Un po’ più caro della media, ma ne vale la pena. Consigliata la prenotazione.
