The fondue was by far the best I've ever had. The raclette with Morbier cheese was also great. A huge selection of all kinds of cheeses. The service was pleasant, however, the dining room is very noisy because it's poorly soundproofed.

A good place to eat, with quality cheeses and pleasant service. The all-you-can-eat option offers good value for money. A minor drawback is the side dishes, particularly the charcuterie, which is very basic and rather bland. Another negative point: the table didn't match the intimate and discreet space promised before booking.

We had reservations, which turned out to be essential, we watched several people rudely get turned away at the door without them. That said, the experience went sideways once we sat down. There’s a difference between good value and an unreasonable amount of food, and this place leans hard into the latter. My wife and I could have easily shared an appetizer and a main, but we were told it’s their policy that each person must order a main dish. The result: we were served roughly twice as much food as we needed. We tried to make a reasonable dent in it, but ended up leaving a lot behind, which felt wasteful, not generous. Looking around it seemed this policy was enforced for visitors only The wine didn’t help. My wife ordered a dryish white and was served a sweet dessert wine instead. She sent it back and tried again, eventually switching to a white she found acceptable for lunch. Despite the mix-up, we were still charged for both glasses. Overall, it felt like a place that confuses “more” with “better,” and then nickel-and-dimes you when they get it wrong.

My girlfriend and I had an amazing time this weekend in Strasbourg. The wild garlic fondue was delicious, and we've never had such a good fondue in our lives (and we do love it, haha). The charcuterie was also very good (I especially loved the peppered ham). The waitresses and waiters were all kind and helpful, and they weren't pushy at all, which is a big plus in this kind of reputable establishment. One waitress even recommended a museum we hadn't seen, and we really enjoyed it. In short, we'll be back to try the cheese platter, which looks incredible. Wishing you all the best for the future :)

Warm welcome. We ordered a tasting platter of various cheeses. Very good products, but very expensive for cheese. A salad (in a bowl) cost over 5 euros and without dressing. Thank goodness the bread was unlimited. Personally, a tourist trap.

Excellent cheese, I recommend it! But the raw vegetables as an accompaniment weren't great, personally of course.

This cheese restaurant (and shop) is located in the centre of Strasbourg, near the cathedral. It is the world’s biggest cheese boar. Go for the set menu but beware not to be tempted by the delicious breads. If you like cheese, you should not leave town without this ‘experience’. Make sure you book a table in time.
