We researched the area for a place to lunch on our journey from Britanny to Paris and this restaurant came up in the search.
Located in a picturesque setting off the main road, this restaurant beckons visitors with its remarkable architecture. There is a sizeable terrace to enjoy the weather and ample internal space. The design is modern with touches of the historic structure.
The menu is rather short and inventive. We had foie gras each, followed by duck breast and beef filet, all exceptionally good, splashed down with Crozes-Hermitage. The desserts were equally impressive.
The service was amicable and professional.

A delight from start to finish, all on the terrace with a superb view, a change of scenery guaranteed!
Small downside: when will there be a ban on smoking on the terrace?! Such good dishes in an idyllic setting with the smell of cigarettes, it ruins everything!

We just celebrated our daughter's baptism at Closerie des Hortensias, and you made our day wonderful. Everything was perfect, from the communication before the event, to the welcome received. We had the pleasure of enjoying our wedding meal prepared by Closerie des Hortensias. An à la carte service, good advice, excellent availability, a varied choice of cocktail pieces, a menu entirely personalized to our tastes, impeccable service which adapted perfectly to the progress of our evening. We were around fifty people. We also opted for the cold buffet formula for the next day, which simplified our organization while maintaining an exceptional level of quality. A big thank-you.

Hello, I came for lunch on Sunday June 2 with my family, we had an excellent time, good food with good fresh produce, delicious dessert, all in a magnificent setting. Thanks to the whole team. I highly recommend it. Looking forward to returning there.

Une belle table dans un bel endroit.
On y est très bien accueilli dans cette jolie maison de campagne. La cuisine est goûteuse et les desserts de Maeva y sont fins et délicats.
