It had been a long time since I'd been here... Honestly, whenever I'm in the area, I make sure to eat here! The portions are very generous... But most importantly, they're delicious! I'm currently enjoying a veal and figatelli stew with homemade fries and polenta! Seriously... if you drive by without stopping, it's a shame!
Traditional cuisine, very generous portions for those with a hearty appetite. Well located on the Route Napoléon after Escragnolles, heading towards Grasse. Friendly staff with a great sense of humor. Main courses are around €23 and sharing platters are €19. The aperitifs and wine are unbeatable. All this is served in the shade. The only slight drawback is the very busy road on Sundays; dozens of motorcycles make it feel like a racetrack, a competition to see who can make the most noise and go the fastest. A speed bump or two would be welcome, or perhaps a radar speed check on Sundays.
If you don't know this place and you're passing through, you absolutely must stop by. The food is homemade, very generous, and delicious. It's a great find on the Route Napoléon. I live in Grasse and I'm never disappointed.
