La collation sur Bordeaux

Based on the reputation of the place, I expected a lot more in terms of the menu and the flavors. To begin with, the price of brunch is overrated compared to what is served. I ordered the classic savory pancake with Hollandaise sauce, but found the sauce lacking in flavor and also insufficiently salty. The training leaves something to be desired. The ambiance is pleasant and air-conditioned, and the service was quick, but on the other hand, I felt a lack of enthusiasm regarding the information provided about the card.

Having discovered and enjoyed The Snack last year, I decided to bring my little sister there. The server was pleasant, as was the atmosphere in the room. The pancakes are really fluffy and accompanied by good products. The toppings offered are more or less original; I recommend the Provencal pancake (goat cheese, candied tomatoes, chorizo)!

Superb brunch, both savory and sweet. The portions are quite large, it's hard to finish! Top notch service and very fast. Only downside, no maple syrup, what a shame 😭

Disappointed not to be able to have anything other than brunch at 28th apparently due to a lack of staff and therefore a limited menu. We had to drive 1.5 hours to get to your house and the bill was over 100th....It's clear that 1 drink and a pancake brings in less than a brunch at 28th for 4 people.....that's not a very honest method... but on the other hand the staff who were there, nothing to say. Adorable, professional and smiling. Well done to them and to the chef. 👏

After booking, I arrived with my darling, installed on the terrace, "this pancake temple" is a real taste treat, advice is not to eat before because it is very filling, the "brunch" formula is well worth it! The servers are top notch! We will come back with pleasure 👍🏼

Based on the reviews I expected so much better. You don't have to be too difficult. Big lack of taste. Meal overall more than average. However, the service is great. The staff very smiling and pleasant.

The experience was very good - very different approach which I had not experienced before - great selection and food was excellent- well priced
