31/05/2026: Overall, a good restaurant. However, the quality and especially the quantity have declined since the change of ownership, while the prices remain relatively high. Hopefully, this will change.
21/05/2026: Excellent welcome. They were very accommodating and offered alternative dishes when I mentioned allergies. The food is homemade and tastes good. Given the online reviews, I might have expected a more polished presentation. But I would still be willing to return.

30/05/2026: We had lunch today at Bouillon St. Martin. A very good meal, a friendly and welcoming place. A special mention for the humor of our waiter, Benoît. Don't change a thing! See you soon!
