A timeless place, full of delicacies both culinary and local.
Lisa and Léo are exquisite hosts, attentive, seeking perfection and at the same time superb simplicity. We have a winning triptych, which I am sure will conquer anyone.

Nous avons passés un très agréable moment à La Colline Du Colombier.
Très bon accueil dans un cadre typique des Grands Couverts de la région.
La cuisine ouverte sur une partie de la salle permets d'admirer le Chef Léo Troigros et sa brigade préparé les excellents plats proposés sur la carte.
Coté salle, Lisa Roche la compagne du Chef et son équipe de serveuses et serveurs, toujours avec le sourire sont aux petits soins avec nous pour que nous manquions de rien.

A magical place to recharge your batteries with a very pleasant setting.
The staff is remarkably friendly, very helpful without being mannered.
Excellent products, quality, in sufficient quantity.
And the dessert... what can I say... without a doubt it's probably the best I've ever eaten!!!
You can go to this place for lunch with your eyes closed.

Came with family for an aperitif for a birthday. The setting is almost sublime, the service attentive. Accustomed to tasty Spanish tapas, I found most of the offerings to nibble with Champagne, excellent, a bit fa
of the. Good pâté, eggs with bonito nuggets also good, average ham, the rest lacking in pep. And the bill quickly gets heavy! Very good time though. Who likes to be well punished, being a local proud of this institution!

This was our first visit since the renovation and it is clear that they have done an excellent job with a super new bar area. It is a great setting.
Other things haven’t changed. The cooking remains excellent. All our dishes were imaginative and delicious. The service is of an exceptionally high standard. A good wine list with some very well priced local wines.
This restaurant deserves a Michelin star and is highly recommended.
