We received a very warm welcome, the blueberry beer was delicious, we had a salad that was bursting with flavor, very generous, and the homemade dressing was amazing. The homemade blueberry tart for dessert was a real treat. I highly recommend this restaurant.

They were already closed, but I was still allowed to use the restroom and even got something to drink. I can't comment on the food, but the service was very friendly.

Restaurant, located at 1600m at the Col de la Colombière, with a beautiful mountain view, the restaurant retains its authentic charm and we enjoyed a very good meal with generous portions. The welcome was friendly and warm.

On Sunday, September 20th, 2026, we opened the "Fondue season" and it was absolutely delicious! After a hike, the fondue at Ayze was a real treat. We'll definitely be back.

We had lunch at Restaurant La Colombiere on the road; our stop wasn't planned. We enjoyed the meal, which was simple but very good!

Sautéed mushrooms picked by the chef. A real treat. Dits (small, white wine sauce) with local produce and mountain flowers. Bethoud (a type of stew) is incredibly generous. Don't hesitate to stop by and spend some time enjoying the home-style cooking.
