Pleasant experience, lovely and attentive staff who answer the phone when needed. The homemade breakfast was delicious, I highly recommend it. Clean room, clean and comfortable bedding, towels provided. One small detail: bring your own shower gel as there isn't any. The air conditioning was set to 24°C, we were cold during the night, and we wanted to take a bath but couldn't fill the tub as there was no hot water. A pleasant place to stay, I would gladly return. Thank you to Francis, his wife, and their staff.

We had a wonderful stay at La Coloniale. The rooms are clean, very spacious, and comfortable. The view of the surrounding area is beautiful and peaceful, ideal for relaxation. We received a very warm welcome. Breakfast was simple but featured homemade products. We highly recommend this guesthouse.

A very pleasant weekend, a truly wonderful owner, and a very, very clean gîte... all homemade breakfast... we highly recommend it if you're going to the Festival of Lights... you're not too far away, and I promise you won't regret it at all... it's rare to find such comfortable and clean rooms... a big thank you to this gentleman who has been taking such good care of his gîte for so long... We stayed 1 night, 1 breakfast, what a pleasure to return to a large, very well-appointed room, very large bathroom with large corner bathtub, 2 sinks and separate toilet. A soothing calm. Beautiful, friendly place. I recommend this place.

17/11/2025: Excellent service, buffet menu only, plenty of choice and quality, at a very reasonable price... I recommend it... I took some friends there, they were surprised by the variety of the buffet and the tasty dishes... for your information, reservations are necessary.

10/03/2026: The welcome was fantastic, the place was comfortable and cozy, I really had a great time. Luckily, the weather was on our side, which greatly contributed to the stay!
19/02/2026: The magic of the lanterns was a truly magnificent, timeless moment, thanks to the location, of course. However, the snack break needs improvement. There was only one savory stand, and the staff were incredibly slow and unfriendly. One of them even remarked, "We're freezing here while others are getting drunk up there on champagne." We waited 45 minutes, and by 8 pm, they were out of fries, so we headed to the self-service area, which wasn't really a self-service area at all. The price was €22 for a meal without starters or desserts. At 8:15 pm, they were out of sides, so we were served a slice of boiled, tasteless chicken breast for €15 – a real disgrace. Since we were hungry, we went back to get the famous mountain sandwich dripping with cheese from the videos, but in reality, it wasn't overflowing with cheese at all, and it wasn't even hot... A complete disappointment, really, it's a shame. Consider bringing your own picnic and treat yourself to just a waffle; it's more than enough.
