When you arrive, the question is whether you eat inside or outside. After a while I went to ask if I could have a glass of champagne or sparkling wine. The service was bad. The chefs invest in the food, but one waiter ruined my restaurant experience (160e menu). Too bad. My expectations were not met. Also, there was a dead end in front of the terrace. I watched cars turning around. I don't recommend it if you expect 5/5 service or food. The waitress with The nosering was arrogant and condescending attitude.

We received a tasting menu for two, including wine, as a gift. The meal was delicious, very fresh, and beautifully presented. The service was impeccable, and the atmosphere among the chefs was pleasant. Not to mention the setting with its sea view! Excellent wine and food pairings. The Champagne was superb. A true feast for the eyes and the palate. A must-visit in Sète.

11/06/2026: A gem on the port of Sète! An absolutely perfect experience at Le Boucanier restaurant! We ate exceptionally well. The Mediterranean bluefin tuna was incredibly fresh and of exceptional quality, a true delight for the taste buds. The setting is ideal, right on the port of Sète, which offers a typical and very pleasant atmosphere. To top it all off, the service is impeccable: the team is attentive, particularly friendly, welcoming, and remarkably efficient. A must-try that I wholeheartedly recommend! We will definitely be back. A big thank you to the entire team!

27/11/2025: A must-try in Sète. Home-style cooking just the way we like it. In a charming, old-fashioned setting. A place to discover or rediscover.
15/11/2025: Excellent bistro, fantastic welcome, great team, and a superb chef. We arrived late for lunch and were very well received despite the late hour. The dishes were a delight. The cuttlefish prepared by the chef was absolutely delicious, and the fish was too. We fell in love with the food. Highly recommended 😉
