A place that lives up to the opinions that people have given me, the cuisine is truly incredible, a very different way of eating seafood. 6 dishes, the wait between them is exactly what you need for have time to chat quietly. The portions are reasonable and the price is what I would pay for a meal and service of this quality. The best restaurant in Sète by far

It was a taste journey to wonderland! Everything was perfect ! Being lulled by a surprise menu is quite an adventure. From the open kitchen, the chef and his team orchestrate the waltz of dishes for the pleasure of our taste buds. From appetizers to dessert, we had emotions for each plate that told us a love story of cuisine. The smile of this team brings a feast for the eyes! Thank you for this gift of life, and for allowing us to experience this magical moment.

We liked: all the dishes, the flavors, the execution (crazy work), the recommended wine pairing, the view, the table, the simplicity of the chef. We regretted: the waitress, very affable but who speaks sooo fast and not loud enough. We made him repeat everything for each dish or wine. That said, she was very efficient; All the dishes came together wonderfully. A big congratulations, we highly recommend it.

This restaurant is truly exceptional...a festival of flavors...seeing the second and apprentice work...a treat...and all in an Olympian calm...with a smile...with orchestrated service. .at the top...we remained under the spell....we will come back for sure...thanks again to you..

Moment exceptionnel un régale pour les papilles le chef et ses second sont des passionnés la serveuse nous fait déguster avec le sourire des vins d’excellences merci pour ce très bon moment qu’on renouvellera

Nous avons fait un diner vraiment sublime. La cuisine légère, inventive et pleine de couleurs et d'odeurs. Un conseil pour les vins vraiment éclairé. Un service et un accueil chaleureux et attentif. Quant au tarifs, ils semblent très bas en fonction des sept succulents plats servis Bref, une soirée de rêve ! Merci à tous pour vôtre excellence

01/04/2024: Absolutely fantastic food, great service and really friendly staff. I would highly recommend the specialities that they highlight on the board menu. For example the Sangria is amazing and the fisherman's plateau (which wasn't quite what I was expecting) was delicious. The menu says you can have 1, 2 or 3 courses but if you go for three you're getting 5 courses as there is a canape and amuse bûche too. They typically only open for lunch and not for dinner and I would recommend booking a table as they were full when we went and for the days before and after. All in all I would highly recommend going here and the food is absolutely fantastic. We will be going back soon.
31/03/2024: Exceptional from aperitif to dessert. Delicious cuisine made in front of us, quality ingredients and a friendly and warm atmosphere. I am won over and I will come back. I ate fantastically well!!!
