It had been a long time since I'd eaten so well! I had a truly wonderful culinary experience! Each course arrived at the table with an explanation, and the same went for the wine, which was perfectly recommended! Thank you to the whole team! I highly recommend it.

A must-try restaurant in Sète. We were truly blown away by the level of cuisine. Every dish was beautifully prepared, with perfectly executed cooking. The bold flavor combinations reminded us of the cuisine of Alexandre Mazzia, the 3-Michelin-starred chef in Marseille. The service was also excellent, with particularly insightful recommendations for the wines, which offered some truly unique selections. Absolutely essential if you're in the area.

We received a very warm welcome. The six-course menu was truly delicious and very well-crafted. It was my first time trying a gourmet menu, and I wasn't disappointed. All the flavors were perfectly balanced.

An excellent meal, inventive and clever cooking. Great use of ingredients, perfect portion size for a six course menu. Service pitched just right and an interesting selection of wines. Lastly a thank you for finding a solo traveller a table when the number of covers is tight.

Simply stunning. They serve an 8 course tasting menu which, at €80, is, if not cheap, amazing value. And unlike a lot of such menus, the quality never dipped after amazing amuse bouche and starters. The wine selections were incredible and the view over the bay only added to an exceptional experience.

26/07/2026: We had a fantastic meal at L'Auberge. The chef/owner was really friendly and helpful, and the food was fresh and tasty. This is exactly the kind of restaurant that you want to eat at when you are in France, a small restaurant, away from all the tourist places, that just concentrates on making you feel welcome while you eat delicious food. I would highly recommend this restaurant.

29/07/2026: A must-visit in Sète! We were a large group, and despite the number of guests, everything was absolutely perfect from start to finish. A huge thank you to Antoine for his professionalism, good humor, and attentiveness throughout the meal. Thanks also to the waitresses and the entire team, who were lovely, smiling, and incredibly caring. The kind of service we wish we saw more often! As for the food, it was simply exceptional. Impeccably fresh ingredients, delicious fish, generous and perfectly prepared portions. Every dish was a true delight. We all had a wonderful time and will definitely be back. Le Véradier is a fantastic restaurant that I wholeheartedly recommend to anyone looking for an excellent seafood meal in Sète!
29/07/2026: We had a fantastic experience at this place. Great and very friendly service, gorgeous food. We had prawns followed by monkfish tails and loved every bit of it. Portions are very decent so it's important to arrive hungry.
