The chef welcoming you by opening the door is a rare treat. A small fire whets the appetite, and from appetizer to dessert, everything was perfect, as were the Oléron wines to accompany it.
I highly recommend this establishment, with its owner's smile and kindness.

I discovered this restaurant thanks to a recommendation from my hotel in Cheray.

Very warm welcome, friendly staff, and a generally good mood throughout the establishment, immediately putting you in a "relaxed" and "no stress" mode. Impeccable service with an original, sophisticated menu, particularly well crafted by an atypical chef, a "little nightingale" always singing, taking obvious pleasure in delighting and making you happy with the plate brought to the table by a dynamic, subtle staff member with a beautiful, jovial smile, all the while remaining attentive to her work, which she, too, clearly takes to heart. Chef Etchebest has no business being at this establishment except to come and delight your taste buds.
I highly recommend it.
