The chef welcoming you by opening the door is a rare treat. A small fire whets the appetite, and from appetizer to dessert, everything was perfect, as were the Oléron wines to accompany it.
I highly recommend this establishment, with its owner's smile and kindness.

Very pleasant place, very friendly and efficient waitress, view of the kitchen where we see the chef preparing delicious dishes for us, everything is homemade. Dogs welcome, water bowl served.

Very warm welcome, friendly staff, and a generally good mood throughout the establishment, immediately putting you in a "relaxed" and "no stress" mode. Impeccable service with an original, sophisticated menu, particularly well crafted by an atypical chef, a "little nightingale" always singing, taking obvious pleasure in delighting and making you happy with the plate brought to the table by a dynamic, subtle staff member with a beautiful, jovial smile, all the while remaining attentive to her work, which she, too, clearly takes to heart. Chef Etchebest has no business being at this establishment except to come and delight your taste buds.
I highly recommend it.

Excellent lunch today. A warm welcome, very friendly staff.
We enjoyed the fish of the day: pollock fillet with beurre blanc sauce and vegetables, and a generous seafood platter, accompanied by a good local white wine.
