A warm welcome, a typical mountain atmosphere with country music – perfect! The dishes are delicious and generous, and the desserts are divine. The tiramisu is excellent. You can go without hesitation. Reservations are recommended for dinner.

It's the best restaurant in the French Alps, part of the reason I want to return to La Clusaz is to be able to dine at La Cordee every night. The Tartiflette au Reblochon is a work of art.

We were able to have lunch on the terrace for four without a reservation during the holidays. Excellent hamburger!

A mountain setting with all-wood decor and a warm welcome. A good place to stay in La Clusaz that caters to vegetarians and offers a bar area outside of mealtimes. It's a shame, however, that the menu focuses on a half-and-half Swiss fondue rather than the traditional Savoyard version.

16/02/2026: First visit in early January, then again in mid-February, and both times the warm welcome. A very pleasant place, quality dishes, and especially the desserts! See you very soon!
14/02/2026: The service was a little slow, but the atmosphere and food were excellent. We'll definitely be back next year.

Le chalet savoyard

06/11/2025: Having visited several times with my partner and family from Normandy, it's a place I adore, in a warm and beautiful setting with stunning views of the mountain pass. The dishes are delicious and always very tasty, and the servers and the owner are incredibly kind and welcoming. It's a favorite spot for me, in every season, though I especially love autumn! I can't wait for it to reopen in the spring 💝
