Was a 3 Michelin star experience. Amazing. Like, the best ever.

We only dined at the restaurant where we ordered the gourmet menu. The food was exceptional from start to finish. In short, I would say that the combination of flavors and textures was perfectly balanced. We truly enjoyed ourselves. The servers were all incredibly attentive, and some were even very pleasant (special mention to the cheesemonger!). I had an unforgettable evening in this magnificent setting. A little tip for future customers: don't underestimate the portions, as the gourmet menu is already quite substantial.

Thank you so much for this extremely pleasant experience. The dishes were thoughtfully prepared with a touch of umami, and the sweetbreads "tsukune" were delicious. The service was fantastic and efficient. We will be back.

I had the honor of a kitchen immersion experience! A truly wonderful experience as a food enthusiast... A very warm welcome to get things off to a great start. Up to my room, which was absolutely superb. Then a quick visit to the spa, which was also very pleasant! And then... down to the kitchen! 😋😆😊 - I was greeted by Alexandre (the chef 😉). A tour of the kitchen brigade... Absolutely fantastic! It's huge. Top-notch hygiene! The same goes for the sanitary facilities! He showed me everything, from the arrival of the ingredients to the kitchen itself, and everything was impeccable! (Bravo!) Then I joined the brigade in the kitchen! Very interesting, pleasant, and undoubtedly passionate people. Thank you for the warm welcome, your availability, and for letting me touch your knives 😉.... Dinner that evening... what can I say except magnificent! In short!! A truly wonderful experience; I sincerely plan to return.... I highly recommend this establishment.
