a very pleasant time spent in the hotel and a very nice experience in the restaurant, very fine dishes, wine pairing could be 100% excluding an organic and vegan wine too bad... The staff is very attentive and professional, they fully participate in this pleasant experience.

Too bad, we came to the restaurant and not to the hotel but we cannot rate them separately. Still, we had a wonderful time, the setting is magnificent, the meal was really up to par and I hope we will come back soon.

We have not stayed at the hotel but this is the second time we have come for dinner (the last time was two years ago) We had the gourmet menu. Everything was very good. We were a little disappointed not to be able to benefit from the appetizers served only with an aperitif. We would have enjoyed tasting them with the glass of wine chosen for the meal. Regarding desserts, the millefeuille has changed. More modern and unstructured, it is still very good but I liked the old version which was even more delicious. The chef promised to make me the old school version during our next visit :-) The sommelier gives very good advice (18 euros for a glass of wine by the glass, which is entirely appropriate) The ball of treats remains a timeless staple in the house! Delicious for both the eyes and taste buds

We only went to the restaurant. Its reputation goes back several years and it is still justified: a setting, service and cuisine that can be summed up in one word: succulent. All is said !

Accueil parfait, personnel adorable et attentionné, Restautant 2 étoiles avec un Jeune chef créatif et souriant 🙏🏻 cadres calme, vert, reposant. Expérience 10/10 a refaire!

Pour fêter un événement familial nous nous sommes retrouvés à mi chemin entre Paris et Dijon. Les plats furent parfaits et accompagnés d'émulsions remarquables pleines de saveurs. Le chef avait préparé un mille feuilles aux fraises merveilleux et immense. Service plein d’attention et discret, du grand art.
